Please! I beg you, make some kind of wooden tent peg, craftable from a tree branch. Or some replacement for it.

Would make a world of difference for bushcrafting kind of gameplay.

Really grateful for the new content though, having a ton of fun with it.

Seems I misunderstood then. For me, the debuffs are playing more like a "reset the world" bug than a feature. Maybe the debuffs would be best for different difficulty settings then: Like how on lower difficulties you get a bat and a schoolbag and an xp modifier, maybe these random effects (panic, exhaustion, injury, not having your own house key) should be on difficulties above normal.

Couldn't agree more, making it a trait or a set of traits should definitely settle things down for everyone i believe.
I can't really see a problem with this being implemented.

Maybe have starting injuries be taken as a negative trait to give you extra points at start? Then it's my choice and not just a random handicap. Like maybe:

-1 Cut: You cut yourself getting back into your home. You don't think it's fatal but you need to treat this... NOW.

Awesome, hella stoked about this new coop mode. One question if I may: if the server host dies, will the server itself be terminated/suspended for the other players still in-game?

i know the game will have a radio that can update the player on the situation of the game (( not sure how it works however )) air drops maybe can be called from the radio every lets say once a week if things go bad ... BUT all of this is waaaay to much this is allot off the point of survival who the hell will care about you in the middle of a shit storm to send you cargo from the sky the world is ending you are the last person any other person will think off...

that a side i think a plain crash every 2-3 months off map can be some thing you can loot the plan and dismantle it for things you wont normally find like long range radio rather then this (( all )) chat in the multiplier now

speaking of which why not add some more clothing to the game ? zombies with uniforms so that we know this is a cop and he may have more ammo then the normal Zed or we can take his clothing for a more role-play features ? adding things like flank bests should be nice to and trench coats even head wear caps and hats and what not... how awsome it will be to drive a red old rusty pickup truck with a red and white cap (( sweet home Alabama ~)) with your shot gun and your whisky bottle~LOL the ideas are endless

    Build 32.16

Ok, guys, I'm a pistol user, and I just taught my completely amateur wife to shoot with a .45 colt revolver. A first timer, she's nothing spectacular, but at 15 yards she was able to place at least 4 out of 6 bullets in the general target area.

In the game the pistol is way hard to use. A 9 mm, at point blank, literally, point blank, I'm shooting 15 rounds into a zombie, my mouse pointer targets the head precisely, then center mass, and not a single hit.  Pistol accuracy is nerfed way out of realistic proportions. Point blank. As in within arms reach of the zed.

Or, with a shovel/spade, you can dig a hole, place a tarp over it, and wait for it to rain.  That would be a very simple rain collector.  I would even be okay with that not being "common knowledge", and require reading a "Boy Scouts handbook" or some kind of recipe book for that.

With the addition of moving around different prefab furniture pieces that they're working on, why not just make trash bins and recycling bins, with the addition of the same 4 garbage bags and some duct tape, into the equivalent of a current low tier carpentry barrel? You'd need to carry it in both hands to position it, which would make retrieving it dangerous and tedious for outskirt safe houses and long term travel, plus a flimsy plastic drum would not be as structurally robust as a well secured and crafted barrel would, to explain the smaller storage even with the similar size.

Carpentry barrels would be the more efficient alternative, whereas the no skill barrels don't require the skill commitment while providing the same long term functionality.

With this addition they could also completely nerf how fast barrels fill up since you'd quickly be able to gather more of them and the lvl 8 carpentry barrel is REALLY good. 400 units of water if memory serves.

Disagree. I like that zombies are slow currently and the main method of death is inattention or, with build 32, becoming surrounded.

While I agree that lunging would be neat, it shouldn't be to the point that zombies lose their Brooks/Romero nature, such as by [by approaching] running [speed] as fast or faster than the player just because they're in a group or near.

This is a nice idea. Being able to grab a big stick or break a branch off a tree when you have broken a leg is a good and realistic idea if only to get you back to your safe house. Being able to find crutches in pharmacys, hospitals, or even in a house that was oraginally owned by a disabled person. This could then lead into other mobility items such as zimmer frames, rolaters, (a three wheeled walking aide), or even a wheelchar, all in an attempt to recreat the variaty of life!
    Keep the ideas coming!

No truer words have ever been spoken.
And in the original subject, sheet ropes should have a chance to break (Sort of like durability) if used a lot, rope item could be used instead with greater durability.

I fully agree I also I kinda wish the devs made some sneaky update that causes floating fortresses to collapse, those things are by far the biggest exploit in PZ, if there is no proper support structure (wall, pillar) on level 1 tiles on level 2 should start taking damage if something walks on them and just break eventually and if there is absolutely nothing supportive anywhere near them below then they should all break instantly...

I agree 100%, there needs to be a chance of the sheet breaking if a character is carrying a heavy load.

Like if i am carrying 2 logs, there should be a higher chance of the rope just breaking and me falling down, also it should get you a bit tired climbing the rope.

I mean, when the ropes were introduced, i was thinking of more of a last resort escape plan than removing the stairs to make an impenetrable fortress.

They really REALLY need to be nerfed, hope the devs notice this.

A lot of people with build 32, including myself, have decided that a floating base with sheet ropes is good as hell, which it is. What if you couldn't climb a sheet rope if your character was at all over encumbered, exhausted, exerted, etc? Simply put, you need to be in good condition to climb.

I love how one of the things that guy put on the roof is more like a clothes basket with tons of holes in it

Anyway, I always wondered... do houses in the US have rain pipes? IE big plastic pipes that allow the rainwater collected on the roof to drain down into the sewers? Something like this:
    http://www.duden.de/_media_/full/R/Regenrohr-201020596687.jpg
You could just cut it open with an axe/saw and put a container underneath it...
