The member titles are usually a nice little 'thank you' from the team. Unless you ask for one in which case you usually get something insanely sarcastic like yours

Hi there, survivors. So, we have a server. A server which up till now has been access restricted for testing. We're going to throw it open.
 
There's one main caveat, which is we test our MP builds on this server, so we may take it down with no notice for private testing.
 
We'll try and do soft resets, but we'll also do the odd hard-reset as it comes. We'll almost always be running on the latest build, so if there's an IWBUMS build up, it's a fair bet this server will be running on that build.

So I ended up with a completely different design after trying a few because they kept getting rejected. Ended up getting permission from Mash for this and sending it to the bank, a few days later I get this in the mail:
