    In this thread, I'll post 3D models that I've created that are free to download and use by 
     
    READ THIS
    As of March 17th 2015, I have not yet implemented any of these models into the game, be it clothing, weapons or any attachments. The downloads are supplied in case you wish to use them in your own personal projects or if you want to help figure out how to get them working in-game. Thank you.
     
    Models are working in-game! I may post a tutorial soon on how to use these models for yourselves, but for now check out Jab's Model Loader and the various other tools available across the forum.
     
    Please note that some of these weapons may be out-dated in terms of their position/rotation/scale, so double-check to make sure of this before importing them into the game.

    Final Words:
    I'm sure that The Indie Stone will make much better versions of these when they are ready, but for now I feel as though it gives people the option to mess around with the tools that are currently available and hopefully implement these into the game. 
     If there are any issues with the above models to do with placements or sizes, I'd love to know. I'm quite busy with both college and working on icons for 2 members of this community for their respective mods, so I'm unsure as to how frequent updates will be for this, though I will try my best. 
     
    Feel free to request models, but know that they will likely not be made for a long time, or at all for the reasons stated above. Thanks guys!

    Blender 3D Model Import / Export Scripts are a WIP (Work in Progress). 
     
     
    Right now the scripts can do the following:
    Import:Import all models Import rigs Export:Export non-weighted models (Weapons) Export weighted models (Clothes, hair, etc) Export Animations  
    These features are planned on being added:

    To use these scripts, you will need to open the 'Text Editor' in Blender, and paste the scripts in the editor and hit the 'Run Script' button on the window bar.

    Thuztor reacted to blindcoder in Dirty Water and Saltwater - get sick by drinking from the toilet / rain barrel, collect water from rivers   
    I'm currently busy separatig the dirty Water parts from the salt Water parts so they can become independant mods that still work as expected when you run them together.
    That way you'll be able to use the dirtyWater only for most maps and use the saltWater additions for maps like Vacation Island.

    While we all wait for the Project Zomboid mondoid, here's the map mondoid!

    The military had to put the hospital under a quarantine when the outbreak happened. You can see that people weren't very happy about it judging from the roof.
    The hospital is 80% finished, I had to add an extra 1gb of RAM to my lagtop so I wouldn't crash when trying to make it in BuildingEd.
    Tip: You'll need a sledgehammer to break in through the gate, but not to worry. Lotsa supplies the military left await you, if you don't die by the undead waiting for you there too.
     
    New apartment blocks have been added and a couple of other special buildings and stores came along too in the past week.
     
    That's it for now, thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy the map once it's out.

    I've decided, that everybody, who wants to test the map can do it now.
    I would be pleased, if you could give a feedback (if it doesn't works; Oddities in buildings, which I've overlook and so on)
     
    NOTICE: There are a lot of features, which doesn't work in this map with my own textures, for now.
    for example:
    - dig / farm / everything what is related to the grass-textures
    - a right item distribution of the rooms
    - Change of season / correct weather
    - A proper tropical vegetation / no erosion / no vegetation growth
    - taking / placing of my objects
     
    But I hope, you have a bit fun testing my map.

    Changelog to 2.41a
    - 3D WorldModels of Spraycans and Chalk
    - A lot of new symbols to spray (alphabet, numbers, special characters, special symbols)
    - Every symbol is now drawn in 2x tile size
    - Replacing of the menu button
    - Resizing of symbol menu buttons
    KNOWN ISSUES:
    - Existing colours of e.g. blue will change after spraying the same symbol in e.g. red (after loading save game the colour is back to wanted colour)
    - Because of redesigning the menu I had to remove the ability to draw with chalk (it will back in the next version)

    You can find Spray Cans and Chalk in some of the containers.
    - 9 colours (black, white, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, violet, cyan) (chalk not in black)
    - A lot of symbols (alphabet, numbers, special characters, special symbols)
    Every spray can and piece of chalk has 40 uses.

    - If you have one spray can or piece of chalk in your main inventory, you can open the spray paint menu to begin to spray/draw.
    - After clicking on one of the symbol-buttons, a ghost tile of the symbol appears on your cursor.
    - Now click left on the position you want.
    - Your character will start spraying.

    Info:
    - You can't spray on natural tiles! Next Version, probably.

    planned for the next versions:
    - adding north,south,west,east versions of every symbol (textures are already done)
    - spraying on walls (textures are already done)
    - complex texts on walls with chalk
    - timedAction and walkTo
    - sounds
    - graffiti
    - attack zombies with spray cans to make them blind and without sense of smell (animation also planned)

    Ah okay, it's not exactly the same layout, but the structure is similar.
    And there are no buildings from the old map, because the creation of building has changed.
     
    And for that: It is possible, but it's extra work for me and it makes no sense, because the textures won't fit together in appearance, if the maps are close to each other.
    In addition, normally the locations would be thousands of miles away from each other.
    Moreover, my map does not exist in reality.
     
    This is the island group as planned. Changes, however, are likely.

    Also, wenn man schon übersetzt, sollte man es konsequent durchziehen!
    Ich finde das letzte Gefecht deutlich besser als Last Stand. Immer diese unnötigen Anglizismen...
     
    Aber weswegen ich eigentlich hier bin:
    Ich finde das neue Intro nicht gut übersetzt. Warum "So wirst du sterben"? Die wörtliche Übersetzung "So bist du gestorben" finde ich wesentlich stimmungsvoller, da sie noch einmal betont, dass es nur eine Frage der Zeit ist, bis man stirbt.

    Okay, here's V5 which actually lets you load saves where you drew tags. Backwards compatible, so if your save doesn't load with the V4, it will load with this one:

    The original water textures will be needed for fishing.
    And this texture don't exist on my map.
    Therefore I must rewrite the lua-script of fishing.
    And if you could fish on my map, you would only catch fishes from Kentucky.
