    Some new dogs are coming and I plan to adjust the dogs to this chart. If all goes well this is how things will go. Note that its not finished for them to do this yet but I plan to eventually.

    Yesterday I put in all the Pumpkin stuff you made. So you can look forward to that. Also the Haven and Hearth mod I av permission to use had some good Pumpkin Flesh and Pumpkin bread art I used as well.
     
    In short the stand-in pumpkin will finally solve the missing base pumpkin issue.
     
    Also we have some lua fishing code done but we need art. So if you could do the fishing lures first then we can get those in sooner.

    Are NPCs going to react differently if we set the zombie population option in Sandbox to 0?
    Are they still going to comment on zombies and the apocalypse and such?
     
    Is it possible to just make the city a place without zombies, with the only opponents being human limitations and other humans themselves, without the NPCs breaking the immersion by talking about non-existent flesh eaters?

    Doesn't that require you to be standing still not moving while someone is next to you for a bit to do tht? if so if a person runs up to you very close and stays there move lol

    What do you think of the Hydrocraft mod? Has it influenced plans for the the base game at all? Has anyone on the team played with it? Also what you you think of Dr. Pickin's soda?
     
    Side question ... Will there be a Pet Store called "Hydro's Pet Store" on the future map that sells NPC dogs?
     
    PS I would also be ok with "Hydro's Aquarium" as a building instead.

    Question from myself : if you're not going to add health bars on breakable objects, would you create new damaged sprites hinting that the object, whatever it is, needs repairs or is in bad condition? Of course it would be different from erosion.

    Regarding NPC meta population:
     
    1)  How is the number, spawning, and caching of NPCs going to be handled? I mean, are all NPCs going to be spawned at world initiation as unique objects that build up histories and stats, OR are they going to be handled more like zombies currently (ie interchangeable, randomized at cell load, and otherwise static or abstracted when not loaded)? Are these going to be Dwarf Fortress NPCs or more like GTA NPCs? If the former, can you tell us more about how their lives will be abstracted?
     
    2)  How adjustable will starting NPC population counts be? Also, how will the NPC population interact with the zombie population? For instance, I would love to start a world with 99:1 NPCs:zombies and watch as the NPCs are slowly killed off or zombified during play, ending up with like 1:99 NPC:zed.
     
    3)  Will new NPCs be spawned after world initiation, like zombies are now, or will you be able to effectively depopulate the map of all NPCs? Will we be able to adjust this to our liking, ala the current zombie population system?
     
    4)  How moddable is the NPC system going to be for us?
