    Drinking tainted water directly from the river or rain from ground has no negative effect. Taking tainted water from river into the bucked and then drinking from the bucked makes character sick for a few hours and lose some health.

    Isnt it strange how all animals can drink from rivers, ponds, etc, except only humans cant. Well, we can, but risk getting sick. Guess our stomach acid is too weak.

    Currently, there are too many. A small pack of zombies may contain like 40% of sprinters. That feels like too much.

    I wish you could adjust the font size of your notes on the map.
    The current font size is too large for detailed markings, e.g. to write down information per house.
     
    Maybe you can adjust the font size before writing down and later when editing.

    There'll no doubt be options - however NPCs aren't intended to be static like this making it an RPG with quest givers. More like MP, playing the game as a survivor and traits/personalities being the focal point to create some drama and add more to the 'story' of how you died. More endgame threats with bandits/factions etc...
     
    It's really the type of game PZ has always set out to be. Anything else (like the videos above, no disrespect to the creator) would really be immersion breaking for a game like PZ.

    I agree on electrical skill, it doesnt have much going for it. Is there any reason to level up electrical skill to 8, 9 or 10 at all? Same goes for metalworking and mechanics? Skills need a revamp.
     
    What i miss in game is other light sources besides using generator to light your safehouse. Maybe an oil lamp or placeable candle (with increased candle spawn rate).

    Those lights do work but they're like a lamp which looks weird.

    Twine should be craftable. Yes, would take skill (foraging? and/or a crafting recipe?) and time, but still.
     
    This would require stripping long fibers from a suitable source, such as trees and other plants. Branches and logs would be a source, perhaps giving a random amount of fibers and destroying the resource in the process. Second, the fibers need to be soaked in water for several days ("retting"), and then dried (ie. kept in warm enough conditions). Lastly, they're twisted and tied together to make twine.
     
    All in all, quite a bit of time and effort involved, but this would make a basic resource renewable in MP and make a wilderness base more viable.

    Not as simple as it might seem. All 3D apparel models would have to be adjusted to different size zombie/character models.

    An ability for players to paint various lines (and maybe symbols) on the ground like this one:
     

     
    Limited to solid surfaces (non-solid surface - sand, dirt, grass, etc.). Marry already existing painting system with already existing lines on ground.

    Have some % of zombies be wounded. Some will have broken legs using the player character's broken leg animation, and relative speed reduction.

    It would be nice to have either of the following:
    Simple: Unlock BloodSplatLifespanDays option for SP (it's only available for MP if I recall correctly) Immersive: Make blood splatter get washed away by rain and covered by snow Ideas regarding the latter option:
    During the rain: slowly fade away whenever puddle grows on bloody tiles (maybe rate influenced by precipitation rate and blood age?) During the snow: quickly fade away whenever snow grows on bloody tiles (including if the tile is already snow covered)

    Personally it dont mind if there was such option or not. So here are my thoughts, think how many different phobias are out there (maybe hundreds, maybe thousands, dont know), what if all those people with all those different phobias started demanding game developers and movie makers to change their products based on their personal fears? I am afraid of spiders - remove them, i am afraid of heights - remove scenes with high locations, fear of lightning - remove it, fear of tight spaces - remove it and so on. What the end product would look like? All distorted and far from original vision? In reality it doesnt seem to be a common practice for businesses to change their products based on phobias people might have. 30% of people are afraid of spiders and yet many popular rpgs and mmos have spiders. Its just too many different phobias, why a game or movie should be adjusted to one but not the others? People might call it discrimination. Think its too much of a hassle for game developers to do it. They stick to their original vision of their product and if someone cant handle it, its their problem to work it out.

    also, think that physical incapabilities like color blindness and phobias arent the same. You cant change your eyes, there is no cure yet, but you can work on your fears, make them less overwhelming with some (or a lot) effort. Its a way of thinking.

    For example, many years ago, when i was child, i was afraid of blood. When doctor took blood from me, i fainted (happened more than once). I got over it on my own, now it doesnt bother me as much, nothing bad happens. You can overcome your fears, its a fact. Dont be fucking lazy and work on yourself.
     
    Imagine how hard it is when you even lose consciousness in the sight of something and then overcoming it. Fear of vomiting seems like a joke in comparison, no offense.

    There could be server setting - skill book read speed multiplier. Especially useful for larger servers, where it is unlikely that every player will hit fast forward at the same time.

    This is the first time i am hearing of such phobia. Out of curiosity i looked it up on the internet and its nowhere near the most common phobias.

    Being able to transport AND preserve food at the same time would be just great, right now probably the closest thing to this would be to quickly take some frozen foods and rush them to a specific location that has a fridge/freezer under 2 in-game hours to avoid it from melting and spoiling, but this is not very effective so being able to use cooler boxes and cold packages to keep the food in cooled state or frozen state for longer periods with more cold packages would increase the effectivneness, these cold packages could be reusable, but could be also a 1 time use item and with every pack you get 12 - 24 hours of refrigerated effect on foods in coolers, since coolers don't have much space you'd be using this exclusively for food that can spoil. More cooler boxes and cold packages means more food to store and keep fresh, this would make both itmes useful, cold packs won't be just for smoke granades (if anyone even makes those) and coolers will get a purpose, both of these will actually have a significant role in the early game for those who want to stack up on fresh food before the power goes out as you'll have the opportunity to keep the looted fresh goods preserved in your van while you're transporting them back from Louisville to your base in Muldraught for example.

    Basically, the sling Attachment would be installable on the M16 Assault Rifle and M14 Rifle.
     
    Both of these weapons are very heavy when fully loaded, so having the ability to reduce their weight would be pleasing.
    It would give the sling more utility while making the M16 and M14 not as cumbersome to use on characters with moderate Strength.
