Paint lines on ground

An ability for players to paint various lines (and maybe symbols) on the ground like this one:

 

 

Limited to solid surfaces (non-solid surface - sand, dirt, grass, etc.). Marry already existing painting system with already existing lines on ground.

nice to have more uses for paint tins.

You can already paint a variety of symbols with a paint can and a brush. But you need something to paint them on other than the road directly. You can paint symbols on walls and wooden signs. Yes it would be ideal to paint directly on the road, but with an easy extra step you can build a wooden sign and paint on that or just use building walls nearby.

The symbols you can paint on the walls are a bit limited and fairly useless though.

I'd like to be able to paint lines on the ground for my car park but I think they also need to implement concrete for that as well instead of us having to use a mod to get that working.
