I would like to see some man traps and zombie traps.
If the npcs are belligerent, then i would love to make a shotgun/door trap, so that if they open a random room, BLAM.
Or a fire bomb trap, that sets houses on fire. As well as home made bear traps, guilitines behind doors, pnumatic spike launchers, and creative ways to use a fire ax to protect my stash.

I believe that for the guns, you should have your hearing range debuffed. this is to represent the ringing in you ears from shooting a loud gun.
If not for the pistol, at least for the shot gun.

Not stackable like in inventory, but stackable like sandbags. The idea is that if there are a bunch of dead zombies around you, you get a build option for "corpse fence". That way you can not only tidy up a bit, but you can block off certian areas to prevent "walkers" from roaming in.

an escaped con would be a neat starting class. Here is how his prison skills would translate into the game:
Shives- extra health and damage for spoons,butter knives, pencils, pens etc when used as a weapon
breaking and entering: Quicker and eaiser opening of windows
watch your back or don't drop the soap: awarness for when zeds are behind him/her
This would be a fun class to play, especially if his starting cloths are all orange. Right now, the classes need some work as the only ones with any real benefit that i notice are the cop, construction worker, or the security guard.

forgeable shields and swords ? hell no
riot gear, riot shields and police batons ? yes please.
still: whatever you would be wearing : if you run into a horde, you´re done. as it should be in this game,
just don´t do it.
as for the comment that most people cannot get good at running: simply wrong. givem enough time and effort and proper help (with a coach), anybody can do almost anything. experst assume you just need close to 10.000 hours of practice to become great in something. just takes a while.
and still some will never be wordl class sprinters, I agree wholeheartedly

If they seperate stealth mode from attack mode, then it would be, in my opinion, make sense to lay the stealth mode on "ctrl" and leave the attack mode on "rmb". Stealth mode could be switched "on" or "off" with an indicator icon or visible indicator like an animation.
So there can be stealth attacks or normal attacks. Maybe depends on weapons, which let you stay in stealth mode and some that turn it off (like guns or noisy melee like frying pans *gong*)
