This is such a creepypasta moment I LOVE IT!

The question is if you can build a fortress under the water!

I wanted to see if you could use carpentry skills to access it.  I set up a sandbox game with no zombies and time ratio set to "Real Time" to find out.  I created a guy named Testy McTest and spent awhile in WP gathering up supplies.  After finding the first three carpentry books, a sledgehammer, axe, saw, hammer, and 20 boxes of nails, I headed over to the house.  My plan was to build stairs across and knock off a piece of the roof, then drop down and see what was inside.  A couple days and several hundred sawed logs later, this is what I found:
 

Would be cool to login to someone's game as a controllable zombie and surprise them. Dark souls ftw?

Hey eliakoh, thank you very much for hosting! I had a great time playing on your server, it was really fun. This game gets 1000x more fun in multiplayer, that's for sure

Gotta love those satellite views. Zombie godzilla might be a slight problem, but nothing you can't handle. Here's what I would do:
 
1.If the main room is not infested, quickly look behind every window if there might be an empty spot.
1.5 If there is, open the window and run as fast as you can.
2. If there is none, just open the door and run. They might try to grab you, but if you run fast enough and don't stop, there is a high change you will get out of it fine. Have done this a couple of times.
 
 
Actually have done this, I had gathered all the supplies I needed to move to the farm, when a horde had decided to make a picnic just outside my safehouse. Started to clear it out, when a fast one, faster than a average zombie, rushed towards me at my weakest. Got bitten, got angry, ate my Chicken Casserole which I had saved for situation like this, grabbed all my whiskey, sawed-off shotgun, pistol and all the ammo (Which was alot).
 
Went out and started a revenge-lusted rampage, herded the zeds to a nice round ball of flesh, and started to blast off. The fight continued o the late night, with the muzzle flash of my shotgun being the only light source. When the fight was over, I was walking throught the Parking lot of Bodies, when one of them leaped towards me. I let it grab me, and just stood there, looking at it while it chewed my leg. Took my Axe™, raised it behind my back to get some force, and chopped the chewers head off. Went inside, sat to my counter, and fell to the ground.
 
It was glorious.

Oh, and the satelite is up again, let's check on Bob.

No, i mean, i cannot run because of high excertion, agony and sickness. No barricades on the door, and a fat guy could crawl faster than me, in that state.
They must be mad. Yea, they mad! I stole their medicine. They wanted to get high on beta blockers and sleeping tablets! I don't need that kinda stuff. I get high with potato.

Problem is, all the windows and doors are to the side of the bangers. (that sounds wrong)

Unfortunately, there is no more proof as the satelite was wiped out by Zombie Sarah Jessica Parker's death ray.

By the way, i can't run because of Agony, and there aren't 5 or 6 zombies.. There are probably over 30. Well, Little Bob Morris will have to die i guess, or just wait inside for the metagame to drag them out.

So, again with the cabbage, must of got a rotten one, and i was in total agony and sickness, i thought : ''Hey, didn't i have some painkillers in the bathroom?'' I go check, and the answer was no. I got through all the safehouse to get some medicine, but nothing. Then i decided to go hunt some medicine, at the Cortman medical, was just a street away. After fighting off some zeds and ''stealthily'' got in the building, took all i could. Filled my 2 bags and whole inventory with pills and bandages and rushed home.

I found that a horde of zombies was following me. At the point i was almost dead, i reached my house, and kept all the medicine in the bathroom. Then... BUMP.... BUMP.. BUMP...
The zeds knew where my safehouse was, and they are banging on the door! I close all sheet curtains and lock try to barricade the door, when i remember... A forumer told me to only bring what i need. To the loot, i didn't bring nails, but i brought 3 planks accidentally. ''Damn it! Why didn't i bring the nails!'' I thought. I went to check the crate, but i had moved all the tools to the shed, that was outside the house. I locked myself in the bedroom, still in agony, and sickness growing. Also with alot of excertion, and no vitamins. Painkillers do nothing to the pain and i have heavy load, so.. Here i am! What should i do in this hard situation? Little Bob Morris is hanging in the bedroom , maybe dying because i got attacked too close to some zombies, and didnt have time to check health. No windows in the bedroom, all of them are probably being tried to break by the zombies.... I am between a rock and a hard place, and 95% of the outcome of this is death. I don't want to die in my bedroom! I wanted to die drunk and killing zombies with a shotgun at night. Do you think there is a way little Bob Morris may be spared?

Pls add the following
- spiffos found
- spiffos collected in total
- most spiffos ever carried on the go
- total spiffos eaten in desperate attempt to relieve hunger
- total spiffos thrown at zombies as distractions
- total times player has worshiped spiffo hoping for good harvests
- total kills using spiffo's face as a weapon
- total zombie attacks blocked with spiffo's face
- total times spiffo has raided your fridge

I can certainly tweak the shotgun to boost the knockback effect, but I'm not sure if you'll see much knockback if I give it added power too, they'll probably just get shredded!
How about much more knockback, *slightly* higher damage and range but a lower projectile count (3 instead of 5)? This will simulate the shotgun slug rounds that SWAT teams use somewhat.
I can see how to make it more 'funky', so I'll play with some settings and maybe make an update tomorrow.
Thanks for the Dragon's breath round link, Viceroy - it was very interesting, I'd never heard of them before. I don't know how it would be possible to put this in-game right now, but maybe in future someone will!

Just a suggestion for more detailed character stats
 
Zombies killed (already added)
Time survived (already added)
 
But it would be nice to know some other simple things like:
 
Number of hours spent asleep
Distance traveled
Meals cooked
Houses cleared
Doors broken
Windows smashed
etc.
 
And for combat it would be awesome to know:
 
Number of bites
Number of scratches
Number of these things avoided (Thick Skinned)
Weapon specific kills, e.g. 3200 Baseball Bat, 500 Pistol, 1000 Shotgun
 
It could be implemented as a new tab in the Character info/skills/health module

- You have a watch, but you can't see the clock?
! Hold Right CTRL,  if you move or whatever with the keyboard!

- You can't see the sun or the stars, if you are inside a building or it rains?
! That's correct. It has to be like this!

- You want a digital watch, but without the luxery temperature display?
! You can find black cheap digital watches on corpses and at some other places!

- texture overlay, if you are sitting in cars
- The correct beginning and end of sunrise and sunset depending on the season.
- the strength of rain, clouds, fog, snow and wind is visible in the horizon clock
- extra ui for the wind direction

- an analog watch
- button cell battery for watches (keep a very long time, but eventually the clock will stop working)
- windup watches that needs no battery, but needs to be wind up again and again.
(Bad luck if one forgets it sometimes. Then you have to just guess what time it is)
