Bullet_Magnate
Can't really see any reason why sheets are the only thing you can cover windows with, when certain other items -- like bath towels and garbage bags -- ought to work just as well. ionknow, doshskia, ZombieHunter and 1 other
Nowthere27
Sounds like a good mild improvement. I mean having to find sheets is a bit tedious and a cover is a cover so... Bullet_Magnate
Tails
Cover some windows in news paper would be nice to have.
Goldkat
I agree, currently bath towels are almost completely useless. You cant cover things with them or rip them for fabric, only dry yourself which outside of CDDA or cryogenic winter will never be something you actually need to do. The fact that you can rip sheets for bandages but not towels is actually pretty silly. Towels are way more absorbent than sheets, so I'd think they'd actually make better bandages once torn into strips. getstoopid
Hmm they would stick to your wounds in notime so I think they would actually do more harm than good but I'm definitely no expert. However I agree that it should be possible nonetheless.

The problem with towels is that they have a strong tendency to shed, especially when they get wet with something that clumps (like blood), would absolutely stick, and don't wash well. ZombieHunter
This could be solved pretty easily by just tagging all the items as "sheets" As long as players don't mind the texture difference of what you see on the window.
Tails
plywood would be nice to put over windows.
dannyisdude
Newspaper + water would be a super easy way to cover windows early on as well. It would be cool if we could use something like this cover visibility over the entirety of the large windows.
