Spazmatic
I mean something like this:Connect it to generator and light your base, or use it as a trap.[Edit]Woops, can someone move it to suggestions? Thanks. Kuren and LeonSKennedyBL
Geras
Would be a nice alternative for a Lamp on a pillar LeonSKennedyBL and Kuren
uberevan
This would be a pretty neat addition. Hooking them up might be tough though if you're not an electrician. Obviously some houses would already have them but if you wanted to put some on your own structure it might take a few tries LeonSKennedyBL
Trojan_Turps
They have these on the outside of houses around where I live, with motion sensors on them. So when you walk past in the dark the light comes on. Very handy for seeing how to get to your backdoor in the dark. Not so handy if your trying to creep past a horde of zombies! King jjwpenguin
I like the idea but it would be better if only electricians could craft the moving one and it could still be uses for a non moving light to the public. It balances it and makes it better to have an electrician on your A rank team.
Evilwuun
I definitely like the idea of certain houses having motion-lights; corners of garages, backyards, etc. Having to watch out for those would make running through town a much more intense experience. I've never actually lived somewhere with setup like that in real life. Out of curiosity, would floodlights be the sort of thing that stopped working when the power goes out, or do they have their own power source? Trojan_Turps
That sort of light uses loads of energy. I don't think anyone would run one off a battery or anything?

But with the new build adding generators or most likely to be adding them i see no real problem with the power shortage.
