If you really had been following PZ you would know everything you need to know about the release. and about your doubt in buying the game the devs are really exceptional they seem like they are dedicated and will finish the game no matter what.

I think it would be a neat addition to train your dog to make less noise it could be tied with the dogs abilities maybe an aggressive dog would bark a lot more even if you train him. a smart one would listen to you and stop barking so much. But I would say that with enough training every dog should be able to become more silent. And this opens up more traits or jobs for char creation maybe there should be a trait where you start with a dog which would be a lot more loyal to you as you took care of him before the apocalypse. You could select a job (something like dog trainer) to train your dog faster.

I like all the ideas listed (because I love dogs and I own one) but I hope there will be some restrictions to the dogs you are able to tame because if 20 dogs are chasing you down and they are commanded by one man it could end bad and if you have such an unstoppable force of dogs feeding would be less of a problem as they could hunt (people or animals) for food.And I wouldn't suggest adding breeds to the game because it would take a lot of time and even if you do this you still can't get them all. unless you would read some statistics about dogs in Kentucky. In my opinions there should be no breeds and only the descriptions of dogs you know a strong dog, agile dog, smart dog etc. But hey its for the devs to call how will they approach this matter

I am for a katana but what (Normal) person has a katana. As someone said in the past threads a katana requires way too much care to be good for zombie slicing. It needs to be cleaned and oiled. after a few days of zombie slicing you would have a rusty ass katana . But it would be very cool as a mod. Imagine finding a katana and then searching for oils to keep it at tip top shape

But didn't someone of the dev team said that even the most silenced shot would probably attract all the zeds on your cell (or whatever that map square before loadings is called ) towards you? I remember reading it I might be wrong tho.

I like the idea but it I wouldn't place it on the top of the list . But surely later it would be a nice addition to the game. It would be nice if the perks tied to eating would effect the day count maybe? Or you could even make new perks which would reduce the penalties slightly.

Luckily for you, an even bigger part of europe speaks english! And you seem to know that very well. Well yah on the other hand I will be able to speak in both Europe and Russia ( I am currently not very good at it but im getting there) but I personally think I would do better in German because I want to learn it. And I cant the same about Russian.

I would love to study French. Here in Lithuania we mostly study Russian and if you want you can pick German as the second foreign language. But as alot of students parents actually learned Russian as their first language its hard not to pick it because of all the pressure dropped on you by the parents. I am actually very sad now that I didnt pick German because a big part of europe speaks German and I am considering to live my life in europe not Russia. Sorry for the wall of text just wanted to get my mind clear. I use forums for that

Why do people have such needs for extra cruelty? Now dont get me wrong but killing him with a frying pan seems better to me then wasting resources to lynch someone. I mean come on I get it that it is post-apocalypt world but people still remember the old days its not gonna be okay to start enslaving people again all of the sudden.

The game is based around average Joe idea which states that everything that cant be done without proper education wont be added with a couple debetable exceptions (shooting) this negates your industrial bases idea the other suggestions seem pretty good. And about the building revamp to make larger project more feasible you can pretty much build any size building out of wood.

The game is based on average Joe idea which means that nothing an average person cant do wont be added to the game. You need to have special knowledge about casting bullets and know what amount of gunpowder, metal you need to add.

In one hand I would like more complicated diseases which would require for you to make a raid to a hospital or a medical store. In the other hand If you catch smallpox you are pretty much dead so it would be the same as being infected. So to generalize I would probably like to see only treatable diseases because the chance of being infected is quite enough.

Coastal climate is doing it's thing - more snow but milder weather - pretty much the same here in Piter. As for the temperatures, you could choose virtually any town in mid-northern continental Russia and you'll have it. If you want the specifics, take Архангельск (Arkhangyelsk ?) and go a bit (well, almost 600 km) east to find Ухта - when I still lived there, we had a few winters when the temp wouldn't go above -35*C for several days in a row. My original post was to Americans I am pretty aware of Russia's and Europe's cold climates But I cant seem to get my mind around winter without snow I never thought about that.

Seconding that blizzard. While we're on the topic of winter - wouldn't a zombie simply freeze in winter and have to thaw in spring (let's say typical 'northern winter' of -40 degrees Celsius and a meter or so of snow) ? well we had worse here in Lithuania but in here I might debate that there is a lot more of snow then cold it typically stays around -30 Celsius but the fall of snow is enormous I cant quite seem to find these statistics you mention could you help me and point me towards some city names or states that have this weather?
