  1. Finding maps in a gas station is a piece of cake IRL, why can't we have at least town maps available. It would be much easier (at least for me) to find where I'm going with and in game map instead of having to pause and exit and then go to a website online. Any comments/question/concerns, please reply. Thanks for reading.
  2. "hang on a minute, I have one in the bathroom. If you want it, let me go get it."
  3. Okay, I know cars are a touchy subject, but here's my idea that I don't think would be very hard to implement. How about adding in a bunch of idle cars (not working). That way it would feel more real. It would also affect combat in interesting ways, using cars for cover and possibly to evade a small group of zombies.
  4. It's a secret!"Sorry i lied to you about no spiffos, but there rare collector sets. Hey, Hormel what's taking so long getting this poor guy his spiffos?"
  5. Wounds Amputation Either self inflicted (such as cutting off bitten hand) or inflicted by a weapon, you lose the limb and suffer from severe bleeding. Animal Bite Like zombie bite, except caused by animals once introduces (Feral dogs, feral cats, wolves, etc.) Back Pain You have pain and have reduced wight capacity, happens when you carry to much weight, needs someone to help Blind You can't see. Happens if your eyes take damage Decapitation Just about as obvious as zombified: (Your head seems to have been severed by someone's bladed weapon) Dislocated One of your limbs (usually an arm, though sometimes hand or leg) has had it's joint dislocated. When you have this injury you have pain & can't use the limb. Can't be naturally healed, has to have someone else do it Paralyzed Can't use your legs, and have to crawl. Can happen if you fall from great height. Severe Bleeding Like bleeding, but happens at 2x normal rate. Happens when a wound hits and artery (5 percent chance on arm, leg, or neck.) Tooth Ache Causes pain but not much else I could think of. Gives you a reason to use a toothbrush, as it would prevent (or at least decrease the chance of) you from getting one if used regularly Ailments Bad Breath Makes you have not as good interaction with npcs, otherwise not much else. Gives you a reason to use a toothbrush Flu Like cold, but more severe. Possibility of dying (Very rare) Leeches Like ticks, except that you can only get them in water. Also makes you drowsy after having you on them for a while form blood loss. Mosquitoes They can get you outside, spawn in small clouds that can be identified by small black dots flying around the tile. Give you itchy bites that make you perform a little less that your best due to constantly having to scratch. Parasitic Infection Caused by eating bad meat. Animal meat could have a small chance of having it. Makes you feel drowsy all the time and also gives other symptoms of stomach bug Ticks Like mosquitoes, except kept biting until removed, only can be gotten in forest areas. Traits Blind Like the wound Paralyzed Like the wound Self-Chiropractor Your able to pop your back and relocate your joints Professions Chiropractor Able to pop backs & relocate joints on others, would have similar skill bonuses as that of the Doctor Dentist Like a doctor, except can fix tooth ache with proper materials Items Crutches Could be the equivalent of a splint for a sprain. Would have to at least be equipped secondary, would reduce movement unless equipped in both hands. Wheelchair Would allow you to move faster while paralyzed. Someone with the paralyzed trait would start out with it automatically. Can't be crafted. well, that's it. Tell me if you see a problem with my stuff.
  6. ("I said we needed to discuss it!) Hey, sorry man, but, we don't have any." (Queen Glory don't highlight please, everyone else can) motions behind my back to the storage closet, and mouths "Hammer second shelf".
  7. You can already do number 2, just go into the options, and somewhere (Don't remember where right off) you can switch between 12 hour and 24 hours.
  8. MY idea for this is to possibly have different styles of bags, for instance different colors of bags or possibly different shapes or looks.
  9. That could be an interesting concept, occasionally (1% chance) you'd have a nightmare. Here's how it would go 1. You wake up 2. Zombies are invading you're house, seeming to spawn at random in your house! 3. You fight them thinking their real and eventually die. 4. Once you die you wake up for real and scream from terror. And you'd have to fight the zombies, cause you'd never really know if it was a dream or real!
  10. ("Guys seriously! we need to make a decision!"
  11. ("Hey guys, should we let him in? I mean, he might have resources we may need.")
  12. "Guys, calm down! If we're gonna survive we can't be getting in stupid arguments, also, has anyone seen loudboommaker?"
  13. The latter, but at some point you can mention your name in conversation if you wish "We need to keep calm, it's pretty squirlly out there. I think it's probably a false alarm, but just in case lets turn of the lights and make sure the curtains are closed tightly."
  14. If you where to close to the edge of the map, or 'quarantine zone' as it where, they'd probably try to kill you to keep you from breaching the cordon, making you public enemy #1
  15. "I did what I had to to keep you and the others alive!"
  16. Okay, this is a role play I'm starting but here are some rules: V1.0 Rules 1. This is a strictly talk roleplay, I've seen others that include various locations that quickly get out of hand, therefore the only locations will be those that are in this house. 2. The setting is a group of people holed up in a house trying to figure out what to do next. 3. If you have a comment/question/concern, fell free to post it. 4. Use colored text when speaking in character, each person gets their own color. V1.1 Rules 5. Put noises you make in asterickts 6. If whispering use parantheses *I may at some point amend these rules if necessary. And now for the starting sentence: "Something must be done."
  17. When it comes to me and stairs, the zombies become invisible near the point where it transitions onto the next floor.
  18. I kinda like that idea. I had thought of the "nomad" approach before, but I've never gotten around to it. how long have you survived using that technique? Post it here in longest survivals.
  19. I was wondering what you guys think the best bases are in West Point (and Muldraugh, but mostly West Point). I personally don't have a fav. I just set up in whatever house I spawn in until either I die or it just to overrun/destroyed.
  20. I'm sorry, but I think that glass bullets wouldn't do so well.
  21. Brilliant! I never thought about that! I can't remember if you leave a blood trail in PZ, but if you don't, they should add that in game. Making it more interesting when an enemy npc is chasing you!
  22. That was actually implemented in the book World War Z. the got up on rooftops and made a lot of noise, luring the zombies in the skyscraper next door onto it's roof and jumping off trying to get to the people on the other rooftop. Another Idea I had was bottle rockets and Saturn missile batteries. They serve as both distraction and makeshift weapon!
  23. I think it's called a surprise. The devs probably want us to wonder and eventually be excited to the point we want to scream when it comes out. And for all we know, It won't be that area. It could just be a decoy to keep our hopes down and to make us not suspect anything big. For all we know they are working on the north to. They said they were working on the south some, and never said anything about that being the only place to have expansion.
  24. I agree with this, but I can (slightly) understand where they are coming from. What I hope they'll do (eventually) is add in the other side of the river. If you check out the map- http://map.projectzomboid.com#0.6593302685868835,0.05559988863009993,3.72108862978205 -you'll see that it's desolate, and empty. I want to eventually cross the river to raid the surrounding forest and possibly a few of the towns over there (I know, that'll probably be a while, but hey, a guy can hope, right?) This link here is a map to the spot you guys are so sad about: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Muldraugh,+KY/@37.8999918,-85.982233,482m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x886920e97d5031c9:0x70e1eb33a4c46c0!8m2!3d37.9370158!4d-85.9916308 As you can see, TI isn't just houses. It has a school (could be an awesome base) and upon further research I found this https://www.google.com/maps/place/Fort+Knox+Water+Park/@37.8975167,-85.9817717,212m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x8868df703b16c107:0x8c70129cd76484e4!8m2!3d37.8976938!4d-85.9808003 This one shows another school, a golf course, and a water park (sounds like fun killing zombies on a water slide to me) so in conclusion, It probably won't be just a bunch of houses.
  25. Your fitness and overall health would have to slowly degrade over time, so that you wouldn't be perfectly fit one day then decrepit the next.
