  1. Seems like dying isn't producing a dead body right now. I died and my friend said I had no body I just stood there then disappeared.
  2. I see what you are asking, you want to lay on the bed without sleeping. That would be cool, especially if they get some 3D beds so that your character can be visibly seen laying on them.
  3. I like, should also apply to right mouse button and be a toggleable option in the menu.
  4. While playing multiplayer I have come to notice something very very flawed with the Zombies. It is very easy to manipulate their movements. You can run circles around them and pack them into a very very tight ball of zombies. If you just back up slowly they start to form a line. Then you can run around them a few times and turn like 300 Zombies into a very small pile. This isn't threatening in the least most the time. The only time this is even challenged is when there is hordes closing in on like 3 sides. Separate hordes. Right now it is really far to easy to manipulate them and they can never catch you. Normal people wouldn't just run circles around 300 zombies and have them turn into a ball. My suggestion is that they try to stay a bit farther apart and fan out a bit more or just not pack so tightly. Maybe some zombies are hearing impared or sight impared so they don't just follow the zombie CONGA LINE. That's what I make is Zombie Conga Lines. Which makes slaying 100's of zombies childs play. Especially if you round up all the zombies in town first to make sure they don't sneak up on you, then you just back up and swing and do 360's and never get in danger. ((I understand zombies are dumb and should go straight for you)) This could be remedied in a few ways **Walking Backwards for a long period of time could cause you to "TRIP" you know the cliche'? where they always trip when walking backwards." (This could cause a falling animation, slight pain and a few seconds to get back up.) (Not happen often or require a pothole or debris on the ground you don't see because you are looking backwards.) **Some Zombies cannot see or hear well. (This would make some zombies linger back, preventing a clear path) As of right now you can lure all the zombies into a small bubble then just run down the empty street to get away. Run in circles is the best option until all the zombies hurdle up currently.
  5. I think there is a bit of a lack of stuff period. During the apocalypse I doubt everyone would pack up 95% of their belongings and run. Also I think everyone owns a few flashlights and everyone owns a hammer and a toolset, though in PZ they seem to be impossible treasures to find. PZ had roots starting with barricading your first home and the zombies smashing their way in. Now even hammers are rare. In the 1.5d you basically were given a hammer.
  6. nobody forces you to remove the body, but in future, if you want to bath in nostalgia you should get proper protection onto yourself I was saying I am against the zombies fading away after awhile.
  7. I feel like most servers are dead after a few hours of zombies and loot anyway. I log on and have nothing to do but drink from rainbuckets most the time.
  8. I like all the dead bodies, I like going back and remembering a past battle I had. I like going back to see the old dead bodies of the zombies I killed when I first started playing. It's part of the charm of Zomboid for me. I think it would just be better if we could burn the bodies and stuff to get rid of them that way instead.
  9. I want guns to make your panic but if you have the BRAVE perk, you don't panic as badly, you just get mild panic, or anxious.
  10. I support this.
  11. This is the only server I play on. It's fantastic. The Axe is wonderful since the game is so hard to join later on without supplies. Though a baseball bat would be a better starter.
  12. We should have an option to "KNOCK ON DOORS" That would attract zombies inside to the door, then you could wait a bit then sneak around to a window or the back door, or just see if zombies are inside. If you like this feel free to add it to your OP.
  13. This sounds like it should be a mod. SHOULD BE A MOD. Though not in vanilla, but it would be a cool mod.
  14. I'm seeing some good ideas here, it would be great if the chain link fences were segmented. That way zombies could tear down one section of a fence at a time.
  15. NO Microtransactions. I will be happy with a donate button. Microtransactions are ruining gaming.
  16. Great Build! I look forward to whats to come as always! This game has come so far.
  17. It's funny when I was playing yesterday I was terrified of hitting a group member so I always ran after lone zombies.
  18. PvP was off? I was trying to avoid hitting my teammates earlier. Breaker - I remember seeing you Mitch Patrick Wilson Pepe Jobs and a few others.
  19. I would like if the Zombies looked more decayed and bloody, right now they look like grayish people. I don't mind this for fresh zombies but it would be cool to throw in some bloody corpses that are decaying in the mix.
  20. I was thinking it would be cool if guns when fired, especially often, would lower your characters sound perception for a few game minutes or longer. Thinking about how loud the gunshots must be might not be so good on your ears and cause a ringing, especially if you are pumping out shotgun shells. I was also thinking about having guns cause minor pain, because most people don't know how to properly handle and hold guns. Causing injury until you have practiced enough to know how to handle them. - Sound Penalty - Slight Damage at low levels. - Attracts Hordes - Already does. - Chance of hand wrist arm injury. (Unless you have marksman perk or something.)
  21. I'll have to say no to this one. If they do add it in, it needs to cause damage to your characters arms everytime you shoot, and affect your hearing. Also the accuracy needs to be dropped to 10% or less.
  22. I was thinking, currently the zombies CLIMB fences, which seems odd. I think that zombies should press against fences and wear it down over time, or just have sheer numbers tear down the fence. Think the walking dead, and the prison fences. It's kind of weird currently that I scale a fence trying to run away and all the zombies scale it just as fast as I could and keep following me. I'd love to be in a fenced in area and just hear the moans and growls of zombies and the sounds of rattling fences all night.
  23. Yes I agree, and it could have it's own folder to put your own music in. In Addition to the tunes that would be in there by default.
  24. I like this idea, because you could add rope to the game, that you could use on an NPC and tie them up, making them unable to use their arms. You could then drag them to the room and lock them up. Its an awesome idea and would be fun and dark. Handcuffs, and Ropes. Well if fully fleshed out NPCs are involved any other members of your team with or without specific traits would be quite appalled at you doing that. That's assuming you were the leader and had the authority to do that in the first place. This! ^^^ Just shooting someone looks barbaric and makes you look violent and impulsive and no one in the group would want you around or trust you. If you just tie the jerkwad up everyone will think you are a good guy hero type.
  25. Boredom, it attacks you brutally, nothing to make you feel better. You are nervous and scared because of the moans and pounding you hear outside. No way to stop the fear, no way to cure the boredom.... What if you could? INTRODUCING! MP3 PLAYER! This handy item would go in the secondary equip slot, or just have an "Activate" option. Whilst listening to the MP3 you will not get bored, and it will reduce your panic! However, the drawback is that you will lose ALL Hearing Awareness, except for really close Zombies, and you would partially lose your awareness in general. It's a trade off, boredom and panic, but you lose your awareness. Also it would have to take awhile to kick in the positive effects to prevent putting them on and taking them off really quick. They would also require batteries to be used and would be a common item, you guys could even put in a few tiny loopable songs to go in there. No words required just generic rock and hip hop sounding tunes. When it is playing it severely muffles the sounds of zombies, making it very dangerous. What do you guys think? I had this idea at work when I was pushing carts and listening to music.
