PhantomWarlock
To dry off with a towel, simply equip it in you're main inventory, and right click it. An option should say to "dry self off". Press that. Now I think the option only appears if you're wet.

rorschach
Can anybody tell me how to dry the bath towel? You can't. Towels in PZ stay wet forever, it seems.
TheCenturion
What you don't realize, is that once a towel is wet-ified... it becomes the most dangerous weapon in the known universe. Use it wisely.
reinhart
There's a mod that'll let you dry it, after taking considerable time
PlasticandRage
I think this could be a wonderful potential use for ropes or twine. Being able to hang a clothes line to dry your towels would be awesome. If they were to do that they'd have to make it so your clothes would get wet in the rain and be dried that way too though. Sieben
Hmm, maybe you can craft a new weapon with a wet trowel and a piece of soap; like a sock with a hidden rock inside

I also think it would be logical to be able to wash/dry clothes/towels in the washers and dryers as long as the power was on.
