Go to %userprofile%\zomboid\saves\multiplayer\ and change servertest to match the name of the new server. (Servertest is the default name. If you used a different name initially, rename that one.)

As Burger Time points out with towing, farming and erosion were entirely redone by RJ and Turbo when they were hired to be devs. Trailers/towingcame about because additional features were requested to enable the mod to work better, which was equivalent to just having our own version of towing.
Don't think there's ever been a case of just merging or taking a mod. It usually was a total redo while hiring that modder as a dev. I know that's probably not what you meant, as you said "implemented," but I just wanted to clarify this for others reading the thread.

Well, if anything is going to sway me, it’s going to be an ego trip by someone telling me what my job is. I had no opinion as to whether you were ignorant or not, but you’ve certainly helped me form one just now. Roasting me for it preemptively seems a tad weird, though.
Really, what’s the expected outcome here? Are you trying to get a ban or something?

Oh, should note; we’ve replaced java15 with java17 in the next update.
According to Oracle’s patch notes, this should fix the jvm bug that can prevent startup on shared cpus.

Copy and swap would take a huge amount of time w/ the number of files as currently set up. Too many individual files.
May be practical in the near future, if tests on a single db file go well.

Back in the day, insanity was weird sound playing and ghost-zombies (not transparent, just not "real") attacking the player.
So this is definitely something we'd want to explore in-game.

In my case (a 2018 iMac), the microphone isn't even selectable to test. So, can't confirm or deny this.

Basically, the way it was st up is no one on an admin account is supposed to play the game normally. This was because back in the day there were constant reports of admins screwing with people.
It's antiquated and needs to go at this point, but thought the explanation might at least help explain why it works this way.

Use the json file to set parameters for the exes, which the script calls. None of the stuff after exit 0 is reached. It was removed in subsequent versions.
Build 61 doesn't include many fixes and should not be used.
Anonymous should always be used for the dedicated server package. Very odd that the scripts are different.

Oh. 41.61 isn’t going to include like a week’s worth of fixes, including one for this problem.
Switch to the default build instead of a beta.

Lol, what? Noiseworks was released to get feedback and we incorporated that feedback. Most of it was stuff we already alluded to being knowm before release. What pushback was there?
We have a trello with thousands of things that need to be done by only a handful of people, while trying to get major features and bug fixes out the door. So if an issue that affects you doesn’t get fixed on your schedule, it’s because of that. Not like we enjoy having bugs in the game.
I wish you wouldn’t keep trying to wind people up, Turk. Encouraging people to take away our agency and force us to do what they want is not appreciated.

All good feedback there, Jim. We knew about the gnome, at least. Little guy now has an icon, so once RJ has time (and enough new items to process all at once), he’ll be moveable. :p
