the demo was all the time with a character being infected, i guess they just did this so people dont think "oh heck, died out of nowhere, damn even their demo is bugged!!!!!1111"

*happy about update* please dont consider such posts as offensive, i am pretty sure everyone around here loves the game and your work (at least i do ^^) and we are very very curious about everything new so we can go out and do all the new stuff!

well, a bit more detailed patchonotes dont hurt and cant be THAT difficult to maintain. just have a txt file open and when you complete a task write down what you did. dont know the code of the game but i guess you are using comments to explain what your function and stuff does ~ anyways, looing very promising, cant wait to try it out

INSANE performance boost so far, my pc is quite decent (i5 3470, 16gig ram, 7850 with 2gb ram) and running 2 monitors, i always was between 20-30 fps no matter what options i took (it was playable, but sudden outbursts of fps sometimes made combat difficult) now so far it runs @45 fps almost all the time. me happy, me thinks dev did work good. haha

multiplier for lvl 1 is 3, lvl 2 is 5 or 8 i think, a x20 multi on a 100 skillpoint skill is a bit OP

only playing sandbox, while 28days/weeks later were great film i dont like these enrage mode zombies, in my imagination there are tons (high density) but totally stupid, slow and weak zoids, thus i change it to my likings.

hi there, pretty much topic! please make the skillbooks reset if read (or just make them disappear after reading). if you re-use your world (which i often do) and you go to read a few books, its sometimes VERY hard to find the beginner books for the professions that were not used up. in my current game, i lootet exactly 30 houses without finding a single beginners book (nothing else too) so, please think about that

6 days out with my current guy in a sandbox game with common loot, no axe in any warehouse but the very first zombie i killed (barehanded/stomping) had one in his pocket. lucky me! axes and trowels are really a bit too rare (just visited the farmer shop in muld, guess what was sold out? yeah!)

i installed 64bit java, now it works and i have to say, it works like a goddamn hamster in his wheel on speed! awesome improvements for me sooooooooooo happy

yeah you can barricade your walls, at least the low lvl ones but i hought i read somewhere that right now zombie attacking walls is disabled, but i might be wrong

if i follow your steps, after the pause command (which forces me to push any button) the command window closes without anything happens. anyone an idea how to fix that? i guess some paths are wrong for me since i have a german windows (dunno if this is truely the reason), the amound of text and what its exactly calling where is a bit beyond my skills :<

mayor hickups now for me, tried lowering graphics to minimum but well, every 5-10 secs it drops to around 4 or 5 fps, music slows down then too and after 20-30 minutes game freezes and drops, rolls back my safe to when i slept last time :F hope over the WE there will be another update

topic says it very much, i dont want to use up my foodstuff to keep him from getting unhappy (i was far out and hat to eat a no more fresh slice of watermelon), or better said, how to make him happy again? just cook a nice dish, or is there any other possibility beside foodstuff? maybe a modder can look into the playcards or the jojo, and come up with somethink? would be awesome! okay, made a doodle and after reading it, unhappiness vanished

sneak around a lone zombie, makes sneaking and nimble go up, sprinting a lot is awfully slow to rise sprint level, it takes its time, truely and more drastically than all other skills

often, games in germany are even more expensive, partly in may be based in the difference of the spending capacity, but the other part of it must be greed, that simple thats one of the reasons i dont buy many games on steam directly, i simply decided to let globalization work in my favor and buy in keyshops in dollar

yeah, i played with hypochondriac too, i was greedy for these 4 points to get, but after i had a walk in the rain (it was only "wet, movement speed reduced lvl) he became ill and got fever, i was unable to get rid of it, so i thought: what do you do when you have fever? yeah, eat and drink a lot and sleep well - pumped me down with 2 sleeping pills, made some food for max boost, drank a bottle of water and went to bed... yeah, i died while i slept, not so great
