  2. I'm probably going to adjust the way the casings and tips are handled, as I find that they way they are currently implemented in Hydrocraft is a bit illogical. For instance, in native Hydrocraft, it takes 10 units of casings and 10 units of tips to make a box of 9mm ammo, which is 30 rounds. I plan on adjusting the way the patch handles casings by making it a 1:1 ratio; e.g. if you want to make a 25 round box of .30-06 ammo, you'll need 25 large rifle casings and 25 bullet tips. Just makes more sense like that to me thank you...soooo damn much... I haven't used this lovely mod in a very long time since hydrocraft wasn't compatible. re downloading everything and starting a new character tonight!

  5. These look good, but my jute plant is not the only one that's been copied over here I see 5 so fat that are from hydro (including my jute I gave him). Also, id think about drawing sprites by hand from now on to not result in a copyright issue. Taking images from google and doctoring them up a bit is technically still a breach of copyright, if a mod were to use the art they could be taken down as an infringement against that :\
  6. Awesome find with the wall thing! I'll have a double check, I can't remember having that issue. I take it these are 'wooden player build' walls? and more assiming, you're trying to place them on the SE, SW sides? I'll start testing lateron today ^__^ Not player made walls but walls already in the map, but I did try both built walls and in-map walls, also if posts are placed in the same square you cannot place them down either (which I know should work). but I tried placing them on the NE and N walls (the two where you can see the fridge door) same with the ovens as well! If you want you can add me on steam and look at my PZ screenshots cause I have pictures on there that shows the bugs in-game EDIT! : Okay I messed up, It WILL let me place it against the northern walls! BUT i cannot place them on the west wall nor in a Northwest corner of a room or south west corner. now I am able to place it on every other wall though, so I had to exited out right away to let ya know haha
  7. alrighty,been playing for a bit now just messing with fridges and once with an oven (still need to try out the microwaves, toasters and bbqs in a bit), everything been great so far(picking thinks up, placing into bags and what not), other than one kinda poopy bug, I cant seem to fridges and ovens against walls, they become red, so i destroyed a wall and then I was able to place it there. so after I placed it I tried to build back the wall behind it and it wouldn't let me, thought you should know! ill test out the other items tonight as well

  9. Wooo!!! So much debug data! thank you! You can't place any of them? I would love to have a screenshot, to help me out! If you can get me one that would be amazing! <3 I'll take a look at the R button, is it no longer working? or what do you mean exactly with 'buggy'? well I had picked up a toasted, microwave, and a stove. I placed them into my bag (which holds 13000 pounds lol, on my mod testing character) so i got back to my base and placed all three inside, and even though I had placed all 3, they were all still inside my bag even though I placed them. and by buggy I meant that after placing all 3 of the different objects (fridge, toaster and oven) I decided to try building up a wall I took down using the regular wooden wall, and I tried to rotate the wall and no matter how many times i pressed the "R" button it wouldn't rotate, but I could still rotate the picked up fridge,oven,toaster, but vanilla build able objects wouldn't rotate. hope that describes it a bit better. ill go and get some screen shots too if you need them
  10. i ran into a couple problems with the mod so far, as i placed a fridge, micro and toaster/bbq I still have all 3 in my inventory and cant drop them or get rid of them :\ but i exited the game and ill start it back up and check if there out of my bag i placed them in or not, cause i placed them from the bag onto the ground, not sure if i wasn't supposed to do that or not lol ,also i noticed that the "r" button has been acting buggy since placing them down, i cant rotate the vanilla walls now using r, i have to use the mouse instead, not a big problem but i figured id let ya know! still a great mod, lets just get these kinks worked out and get those movable bbq's
  11. Hey there! wanted to say I love the map! I use it all the time especially cause of having 5 custom overlay maps added onto the main map haha. yesterday I saw this one added to the WIP section called "South Muldraugh" and It looks great! was curious if you'll be adding an overlay to the map? here is the link to the map http://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php/topic/16577-south-muldraugh/#entry206738 I hope to see it on your map sometime and great work with all you mods and the map site!
  12. Lets first get the base code set up, and work out all possible issues. Currently the NPC's don't get saved, so they despawn if you reload the game. I'm pretty sure there will be more things like that I'll first need to fix and get working, once the base code is tested and stable I'll see if there are any artists around willing to help out ^__^ <3 I'll take this one thing at a time, seeing the size of the project. But every suggestion helps, so thank you! I'll check up with them when I get to that point! Someone say artists lol So word around town is you're a coding guru, making fridges move, npc's. Good work! love it, ill be testing both mods now if you need help with item art /32x32 sized art and npc art let me know, for large isometric items, do what Fluffe said ad ask Cyrrent
  13. A very awesome update Hydro! Glad to be apart of this amazing mod you've created Im going to finish the gem and ore art and what im planning on doing is doing a few hours worth of research on all of them (even the already added ones) and write down all possible uses with current items in the mod and new uses with future items .I cant wait to start playing today! Now that's a cool idea! Unfortunately I believe that traits are hardcoded into the game, but im not 100% on that. now moodles I know are hardcoded but with build 33 they'll be much easier to mod, so I'm hoping traits will too when build 33 comes along. Id love to see custom moodles and custom traits within hydrocraft! The future of hydrocraft will and shall be a golden one lol

  15. Its all good man haha, But yeah man when it comes to isometrics you got it down to an art my friend! A suggestion though for your 32x32 art, instead of using a black outline, Try using what ever the most prominent color is of the object and set it to its darkest setting (but not black of course ) if you look at the base games 32x32 icons you'll see what I mean, they never use black outlines its always the objects color just way darker. this makes it look more "3d" and less drawn. just a suggestion though! Ah, I'm feeling ready to crack down on some art, so ill be working on the gems/ minerals and the food items you need finished soon Hydro (that's if I can stay awake been up all night ) Hope you find today's icons awesome as always and ill be posting more on this post as I finish them!   17. Omg, Well thank you for successfully making me shoot my mtn dew out my nose lmfao. Well I shall answer your questions to the best of my ability using a handy numbered list. 1. ah cooking bugs, I find a lot of them on occasion that eat frying pans and other cookware. Hydro should have it fixed in 3.9 so thanks for reporting! 2. Another good bug find, *thumbs up* 3. same as above lol 4. yes sir, it serves as an infinite source of water, that's why its so insanely hard to build everything, but oh so worth it 5. Good question! I haven't made mine just yet so i'm not sure myself! (Does the exercise equipment train strength/fitness?) 6. the traps are from the base game, I've never even used one to be honest (plan on it though in my current play through) but Im pretty sure you need to put them in a forest far away from houses/roads, that is a guess though :\ 7. Blue barrels are found by finding small bags of trash, and large box of trash items in trash cans/ dumpsters ect. then you must make a junkyard and fill it with the small/large trash items you found and then search it for items. I have yet to do this myself but I'm pretty sure that's how the junkyard works. 8. I believe its a level 5 foraging item! I've found them at level 5 at the least. 9. There used to lock up your crates! and as long as you keep the key on your key ring it will automatically unlock it for you, very handy for multiplayer, but they can still be busted into using a crowbar! this is a base game item also. 10. That's a good idea, I've thought the same, but i think once we get the art for planting cotton finished up i have a feeling you'll be able to use cotton on the spinning wheel to make thread! at least that's my idea , (Note to myself: Make the cotton art TONIGHT! ) 11.hmm, IDEA! Hey hydro, maybe you could use that Shredder Cyrrent made up to be used to shred up un-compostable items as a way to delete them maybe? or it could shred it into some kind of generic "shredded scrap" item that can be burned to get rid of? Just throwing some ideas your way ;P 12. lmao, I was out smoking a cig like 15 mins ago and I had thought of this! could also use the stones+concrete to make cobblestone paths/ cobblestone walls! it would be kinda a pain to code, but i know it can be done! Well I hope I have helped a bit, least I could do for the person who turned rabbits into poop hahaha.

Hmm that's odd, I'm able to plaster and remove grass, although I'm right there with ya on the one log issue, I thought it was maybe cause I didn't choose axe man this time around but I'm not sure. @Fluffe, Man idk if my games just supremely lucky, or just weird haha but im actually able to forage on this map, no lie! although its weird, but as long as im outside in dreadwood I can forage anywhere lol, even on rooftops and what not haha. I was just soo happy to find that this map still works mostly after all this time! it may be small, but its such a great addition to having Drayton, New Denver, and Bedford Falls all on my map, adds so much to explore

  21. Thanks again for them. Sorry it took so long. I get to things, just takes me awhile to get to them all since we have so much new stuff now. Its all good bud! Ive been playing a bit on this update today and noticed that the MRE pallets hold more than they should, the small was supposed to be 4, medium was 8 and the large was 12 MRE's. I actually had found a large one in a warehouse and when I took the pallet apart I got like 24 boxes lmao. Unless you wanted them to hold that much! if thats the case dont mind me haha, however id suggest not being able to find the MRE pallets and just make it a recipe for storing them ( since finding 24 of them, is quite OP ;P)
