    Hey! that's a great idea! Now this could be done VERY easily guys, all you'd need to do is have mash make is tiny thermostat panel on the walls of houses (probably like the size of a light switch turned on its side. then when its accessed with the "e" key a menu pops up with the same kind of dile set like the cars A/C. coding wise you'd have to figure out how to cool the whole houses interior, but I'm curious if the way that fog reads the outside edges of houses could be implemented for keeping a a/c system hot or cold in the boundaries of the house. Devs, you should deff add this in!

    New money art to look more like the bills in the 90's, Unfortunately most 1963 to 1990's bills kinda look similar, And because I tried to make the bills look like there real counter parts its a bit hard to tell the difference between them, but if you look closely there is diffrences.     This is a bug with vanilla zomboid code, when anything that can deplete like this (Charcoal, water bottles, concrete bags, bee smokers) are on the ground and they get used for a recipe, this bug will happen. Its something unavoidable currently, so make sure you always keep things like that in your inventory while crafting/using them. Hope this help!

    @Hydromancerx Damn that's true! I totally forgot that the refrigeration code is weird. hmm cant we just copy the code for a refrigerator and have it not require power?     Oh this is awesome!!!!! This link will help me out soooo much! thanks! now im not sure weather to use molds for smithing the brass or to use brass sheets and other equipment...hmm or both!? maybe I could make a basic way and an advanced way to produce ammo, basic would be smelting the bars ect. or once you have high enough levels and the good machinery you can make ammo in bulk using the sheets and the proper machines. oh man, more ideas turn into more work haha but it makes it fun in my opinion

    hmm, this makes me think that maybe in order to make the casing molds i should add in needing to have a measuring tape/ some other kind of measuring device since theres some in HC already, and to need to have the Ammo manufacturing textbook on your character while making the casing molds ect. i did add for FMJ rounds you need a Cupronickel ingot to case the lead tips in. I know irl its much harder and requires a ton of presision , but I do have to dumb it down a bit for game sake lol. although i think maybe i should make certain rounds require a higher gun & aiming skill to manufacture? just to keep it harder to do, although to make some of this stuff you need a high metalworking for the brass smelting, and for making the primer takes a ton of resources on its own. But yes the hunting will be a bit of a beotch to mess with, unfortunately the hunting stuff was actually a separate mod that someone made that gave hydro permission to add it in. so for the time being I fear it may have to stay the way it is.

    now that would be amazing to actually find spent casings on the ground, I actually love that idea haha. especially to be able to pick them up and re use them!. now for the primer crafting. I actually have a chemical recipe put together using the hydrocraft chemistry system, which already has almost all the chemicals needed, (acetone, hydrogen peroxide, Muriatic Acid) I'm currently doing the art for the sodium bicarbonate aka baking soda lol. after using the lab station in hydrocraft and various of the chemicals stated above and it'll leave you with a dried bag of primer ready to press into caps. So if you are thinking about adding in the whole crafting system, hydrocraft already has most needed items integrated into it. thats why i figured a side compatibility mod would be best. I also have it set to be able to smelt down brass into shell casings and for shotgun shell you'll need brass for the shell rim, then plastic sheets melted into tubes for the upper casing of the shell, and more plastic sheets to complete the wadding. personally ive always thought ORGM and hydrocraft could merge well together, its just a good bit of work coming up with the recipe ideas, at least the coding isn't to hard

    yeah it definitely is a ton of work, honestly I may just worry about the ammo crafting and not hunting and leave the hunting to the vanilla weapons lol. however my OCD wouldn't allow that :I . Im actually working on a text document coming up with a more realistic way to craft ammo including your new types (FMJ and HP rounds) I'm going to be working on art tonight for the new items. I do however need to have a chat with hydro though and see what he thinks of my ideas. Hopefully this idea will run smoothly though lol

    Oh man I"m definitely looking forward to testing this out! looks great from what I've read and I'm straight up excited haha. I'm curious if you'll be making a compatibility patch for hydrocraft's ammo crafting system and hunting? There is one on steam that does the ammo crafting but I'm not sure if it'll work with the new update/ If not that's fine too, maybe ill work on it in my free time if that's okay with you? of course my free time now a days is extremely limited lol

    Had an idea for a late game electronic. You'll need around level 7/8 electronics and about level 5 metalworking to make it. But its a solar powered chest freezer! Ive made two new items you'll need to craft it. the crafting recipe is as follows: Items with *'s are new items 15 - Nuts 15 - Bolts 4 - Large Steel Sheets 2 - Regular Steel Sheets 3 - Door Hinges 1 - Leather Strip (handle for freezer) 6 - Plastic Sheets 4 - Fiber Glass Sheets* 1 - Rubber Tube 1 - Copper Cooling Rack* 2- Solar Panels 1 - Large Battery 4 - Electrical Wire 1 - Tank Of Refrigerant* 1 - Electronic display 5 - Electronic Componates 1 - Roll of solder -------------------------------- Tools: Screwdriver/Multitool driver Soldering Gun Welding Mask Welding Torch W/ Tank Working Gloves ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thats it! I wanted to make it a bit harder to make since its quite the item, hence why it'll require steel sheets and the new copper cooling rack. Id like the freezer to hold as much as a regular chest (50 regular 65 with the organized trait just like chests) Reason I'm choosing steel is since the freezer has to sit outside it wont rust. Next ill post the New items requires. Fiber Glass Sheet : Im thinking that this item could be found in scrapping broken fridges from the junkyard, since refrigerators have quite large sheets on all 4 sides Tank Of Refrigerant : Can be found in hardware stores! rare though Copper Cooling Rack : This item is what the refrigerant flows through to cool the freezer. It will need to be crafted from the following: 6 - Copper pipes Pipe Bender welding mask welding torch W/tank Work Gloves And lastly the freezer its self! Hope you like the idea! I think it'll be a great addition for very late game survivors to store large amounts of food in a smaller space instead of rigging up tons of fridges using a lot of gas from the generator or a ton of fridges taking up space from a solar generator. feel free to change up any of the recipes

    highly agree that it could be an issue for preserving rotten food. maybe when you place the food inside of the compost bin it becomes a new item that looks like food mushed up, call it food pulp or something and it cannot be eaten and is only used for the compost bin? just an idea!

    Hey man, might wanna pop out a hotfix, the new shell powder recipe is messed up, only has the mortar and pestle listed and no actual shell to grind (from what it says in the crafting menu/B-key). let alone i haven't found any shells to begin with. and also the anarchist cookbook has no spawn or a crafting recipe to make it if there's supposed to be one. looked on the wiki and there was no spawn for it listed and no way to craft it. I've also have never been able to find one since waaaay back when you first added it in with the other breaking dead stuff. ill let ya know if i come across anything else.

    Thanks for clarification on that. I wonder if down the road of development if they'll be able to fix it. But I guess I'll stick to using the base game bags to avoid any issues. Although it also happens with player inventory as well since you can (slowly) carry up to 50 which I need to at times with logs lol. But hopefully one day they'll be able to fix it up a bit. -edit: I did want to add that this lag is happening with only one bag being full that has a capacity of 39 and having maybe 25 in my main inventory, I remembered that I did get lag long ago while using a bag that went up to 13000 lol and it would lag like this when I got to like 900 hah, but I just wanted to clear up that the lag happens at a much lower capacity since I only have one full Alice pack and a few things extra in my inventory, so I'm not sure this is like the regular lag you mentioned. I tested in stable 38 and had no issues filling two big hiking bags on me and my main inventory to 30, did the same on the vehicles build and after two loot runs (using the same base game big hiking bags) and it started the lag.

    So I'm not sure if this has been addressed before or not, but I've been noticing that my game will start lagging (that same stuttering every 2-3 seconds) when I've filled a backpack all the way up and have a full mail inventory. if i close the menu out, it stops lagging, when I open it back up the lag starts again especially while trying to transfer items around. what I have to do to get it to stop is to close out the game and restart it completely. I'm not sure if its a memory leak or what but its a big game-play killer :\. anyone experiencing this issue? I've tested this with and without hydrocraft cause I was thinking maybe HC was causing the issue, but its not.

    Very good to know, I get these weird stalls every few seconds too if I play vehicles with too many map add one (which saddens me). I'll try these settings out though even though I'm running a pretty beefy CPU, I'm not sure why it has trouble with this game :/ I can play 7d2d with little to no lag on high textures and medium everything else so I'm not sure as to why pz gives my computer trouble. My current play through on pz I disabled almost all maps mods except for two and am only using small mods like pump power, missing weapon models added, and a trait mod and hydrocraft as my only big mod . I even disabled the more building mod in case it was causing more lag. So this play through I haven't been getting too much lag, but I can't even think about going to the mall, I actually haven't been able to go there since build 33! It causes that weird stutter lag every 3 seconds and is unplayable! I hope the team will figure out what's causing these lags cause it can't be my system, my CPU has an i7 with 16 gig ram and a nivida card with 2 gig vram. Hope we can get this solved

    Yaaay! Very excited for build 24 tbh! I had to go back to the stable build using the car mod since cars keep respawning every load lol. So do you mean build 24 will be out sometime tomorrow? Or the day following?

    I don't see how them adding realistic features is really a big deal. I get it, you're impatient for NPC's just like all the others on the steam community crying over them. Personally it could take until 2020 for all I care for them to release NPC's, and I'd still be happily playing and checking in on the updates. You know why? Because I want them to actually take there time with the game, to make it actually ya know, GOOD. Option rich, plenty of skills and realistic effects. This game is supposed to be realistic zombie survival game and to be completely honest I hope they add in all those ideas you mentioned. I'm not a car enthusiast at all, but I want the car build to be good and not rushed. Why on earth would someone just want them to crap out a build, especially one like vehicles and have them add nothing to it. That's like ordering a steak and have them bring you the bones and fat... And to say "oh you'll be waiting till 2019 for them to finish, obviously you dont know much about coding because its relatively easy to code those kind of additions. NPC's on the other hand, will be FAR from easy, there going to be realistic AI to be able to support themselves in the game world, hince why there being saved for very last, and it would be ignorant for them to not wait till the end to make them. Oh and another thing, car capacity is only 200 on the open bed trucks, other cars are around 70 and under, but no I don't think there OP at all because of the realistic repercussions of carrying a full load of crap to point a to b. What would be OP is if they shat out the vehicle build with only having to gas up and turn a key, that would be so stupid if they wasted a perfect opportunity like this to add more features like the mechanic profession and all the customizations and perks with it. If you don't like it, fine don't use the options, but there won't be some poll because you don't want them to add what they (and most of us) want to add into THIER game. Sorry but most of us on here like the realisim of the game, we don't want a rushed hunk of crap that's boring to play, and luckily for us, the devs know this and agree.
