From what I know Workshop comes with the same restrictions as Nexus. No copyrighted material unless you have permission, etc.

Noone forces a modder to put his mods up on Steam Workshop, only. I'd say 95% of the Skyrim mods that are available on Workshop are available on Nexus too. Workshop makes it easy to install them.

Have you tried reseting the clientregistry.blob file in your Steam installation folder? Rename it to something like clientregistry old.blob. Restart Steam. I remember I had to do this quite a lot back in the old CS days.

I dismissed ), and when I'm back at home, I finish that dev/testing it, so I don't really do controller/split screen stuff...
