  1. Does this mean we don't have to bury them somewhere in the media/lua/... sandbox/shared folder anymore? (On Debian servers)
  2. Directions for mall area: From west point to the upper right bridge, follow the road until first "sand" street to the right (you'll come across the drag racing, next T cross go upwards until next possibility to go right (the street with ongoing line) after a while you'll see a walkway on the upper side of street - go up there and you're there. It's really big but the mall is on the lower right of that place. Btt. Since you already made new world fillers are there item based world fillers planed or on todo list? (Cupboard filled with hardware store stuff showing up as food is kinda weird but nonetheless awesome looking)
  3. [iTEMS] [RECIPES] [uI] German translation, i'm no fisher so if someone german with knowledge of fishes could check the fishnames please otherwise the rest should be fine
  4. There's a bug with the food system -> the hunger reduction while adding things to soup or making sandwiches is now INCREASED instead of decreased. Got a salmon with over 250 hunger reduction oO Seems to just happen with cooked salmon so far, bacon / ham / etc. doesnt have this odd behaviour edit: ...this... mall... is... awesome! nothing more to say or add - its just plain awesome and f***ing HUGE! I dont recommend going there alone or unprepared, even on normal zed settings this place is crowded with them. I dont want to see that place on insane
  5. Let's find the Mall ! (with Overlymanly man mode enabled) liked the challenge... until now, started new world with default settings to get there and play tourist a bit Was awesome looking from what i saw while getting ripped into pieces on a big parking lot... Bricktoys aka Lego <3 made my day guys /ironic hopefully we can build a base with that World fillers are awesome - makes the world much more immersive
  6. If i found the DragRacing, am i near the mall or wrong? running in circles and not finding anything else then the drag racing over and over again... Edit: i believe i found it - big parking lots with HUGE amount of zeds (going there on insane with superhuman/though wasnt my best idea ) and a building with a blue line across with stars in it, several other buildings there to but trying to survive at the moment... btw.: zooming in & out isnt working for me, someone else confirm this?! project64.bat works like a charm ! edit2: ...i'm dead... it's quite outside
  7. How about those little eggtimers? Like in State of Decay i mean, you could go somewhere -> activate them in your inventory -> drop them (or not, but then youre in the middle of noise which is not a good idea) -> and a set amount later its gonna RING RING Could the make noise/attract zombies event be delayed by a set amount of time AND be fired by a object laying on the ground? (@Robomat or who else knows the code and his behaviour/possibilities)
  8. you mean activating the "house alarms" yourself to lure them away? I like this idea, would have more possibilities in mp (i have a vision of luring a whole bunch of zeds into an enemy safehouse by activating alarms near them <3)
  9. we already got that, even on the vanilla map http://pzmap.crash-override.net/#0.5300374367505917,0.1852380205788631,307.22586151083 btt: does somebody actually played Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead? If so, this way off vehicles would be awesome (for those who didnt: every car part, be it the engine or the belt had it own "health" and could be build out, fixed, build into another car etc. etc. so vehicles)
  10. They mainly follow Max Brooks way of zombies, read it somewhere here in forums.
  11. You may want to add that following is needed for 64bit Debian Wheezy in order to run steam properly (steam error line29) apt-get install lib32gcc1
  12. I understand that you may not be satisfied with the answer you received, but please try to phrase your responses in a polite and courteous manner. Indignation tends to just lead to fights. My indignation is based on his kinda rude "oh no, not this again! !!!!!" response.Edited my post a few times to be more polite before even posting it, but nonetheless I'm sorry if my post is considered as rude. Since I'm from Germany and don't see anything more rude than writing a few words in capslock and mentioning that he should re-read my post because he is answering something unasked - what makes my post rude so I can avoid it in future. The 'tone' of the language you're using is aggressive. Additionally writing in caps lock is considered SHOUTING at someone, and shouting at someone is not conductive to reasoned, calm, friendly discussion. Ok, I considered it as highlighting but I'm sorry for my rude tone. Back to the questions: 1. Are there exact values known for fresh - Normal - rotten times of soups/stews? 2. Is this time based on used ingredients? 3. Do the used ingredients affect cooking time, if yes based on ingredients or number of ingredients?
  13. Maybe dismantling in a few steps: 25% regain = 20min 50% regain = 30min 75% and so on... where maybe the 100% or just 90%( to compensate that not everything went fine and maybe a few nails could be broken etc. Etc.) could take a fair amount of time.
  14. This is what potentially could rip a whole lot of servers apart... Don't make it easier than now for server hopping trolls which just join to ruin fun. This feature is not what PZ would need since than posted a few times - most players just stay with one server or maybe 2. IF this feature comes it definitely has to be a opt-out.
  15. What happens if sleep is accepted - do all players get asleep where they stand whether it's safe or not? This would be the greatest problem in my opinion. Since it would be a mod the pvp/pve is up to server owners and there likings

  17. Oh no, not this again!!!http://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php/topic/7884-rotten-food-frustrates-me/?hl=frustrates Stuff on your character appears to rot faster. Logging out appears to make food rot in your inventory. The difference is only the type of stuff you can put in it. Not really.Re read my post since I'm clearly not asking the basic question IS IT going to rot, I asked HOW LONG. And if it's based on used ingredients. And yes, food that is not storaged in a cold environment is going to rot faster... thx anyways sir (read your post, the read it somewhere in the files point is everything useful in it!) Btw. Your argument that food rots if logged out is ONLY true on mp! I'm a single player
  18. Don't know if this is asked before: How long does a soup or stew take from fresh -> normal -> rotten Is this based on hard values or based on ingredients? Since the new cooking system I find myself cooking several soups and store them in the fridge or after electricity shutdown just store them somewhere. Values appreciated for cold/normal storage. Second - is there a difference beside the name between soup and stew? Does the ingredients used affect cooking time? Oh man, after starting to ask I have so many questions now XD For the level discussion: it's really pointless to cook several soups and throw them away, my favorite for really fast leveling is just cut bacon -> 3 x bacon rashers -> 12 x bacon bits This gives (with multipliers) a horrendous amount of XP, for gathering just look at spiffos. Even rotten bacon works. Saying this: nerf the XP gained for this. It's kinda unrealistic that you can get a lvl5 chef within a week (with book reading in between! ) by just cutting bacon the whole time.
  19. Seems like a Personal Problem Since i dont See a problem there, try reinstalling and check the region again.
  20. Just a idea, but how about a second marker set for bugs on the map? We could just post it there (with description of course) and the map developer could easily look where bugs are. Since once implemented on blindcoders map it would be a feature for all maps in there. Less work, better usability imho
  21. When fishing will be implemented, will the Water change from just a unpassable texture to something else original is this maybe planned for the future. Since fishing adds a feature to water and elevates it to something more than plain texture

    Dreadwood

yes and no, yes you overwrite some files BUT no - these are just empty cells next to muldraugh where dreadwood is merged in the normal map. ergo - you'll get more, overwriting nothing but tree's... more tree's and maybe streets and if i didnt say so yet: tree's

    Dreadwood

Overwrite the content from Muldraugh with the files from Dreadwood, make a Backup before and everything should bei fine. Will 1.8 contain a spawnpoint IN Dreadwood so we dont have to walk everytime? Since the map is Not yet finished i like to "bugtest" a whole bunch of places (which means many broken limbs caused by falling from every spot where you shouldnt fall down)
  24. something like the stuffed / vomit / water&food loss - system in dayz?
