Major Frame Rate Loss When Accessing Areas On Map

My old thread got archived, so I had to make a new one.

 

Like I stated before my computer runs the game fine expect when it hits certain small zones on the map. My laptop isn't the fastest running just fine, but the frame rate drops to 1 for every second when I hit small patches on the map. I don't see anything on screen that causes the game to need so much processing power to create lag.

 

You asked for coordinates, so I took some vidcaps with them. When taking the caps the program I used took forever to process them, when it usually takes a second. I actually had to hit the ESC key for the action to complete sometimes, which I've never needed to do when taking caps of the game.

I have Intel Pentium D 2x3ghz and 2gb RAM and (at least at my computer with W7) from my observations i can say that rather CPU is a problem here if we're going in spec-problems. My CPU usage in PZ is almost full with out-zoomed option when RAM don't really care about it (and loading don't create lags).
