  1. Pretty simple idea to get rid of the wood from disassembling furniture.
  2. I don't want to know where I start in the game, because if I do it feels a little too predictable if I chose my start point. I want to do in blind.
  3. I want anti-air missiles to take helicopters out.
  4. The way it is now its a hassle to know which same items have tainted water and purified water. It only shows the status for the first of that type of container and the sub-directory when it lists all of the same container doesn't give any information about the water. It would be best if tainted and pure water were listed as separate entries.
  5. There's a lot of building designs where the stairs are just behind the forward facing wall making players unable to see anything on the lower level when walking down the stairs until you reach the floor below. This is very hazardous for players, because there could be a group of zombies right at the bottom of the stairs and players won't be able to see them until they are right on top of them.

  7. I don't know how many times I've died for the simple fact my mouse happened to be over an open inventory/status window. When your mouse is over said windows your character can't rotate and attack commands are locked out. These commands should be accessible at all times.
  8. I just had an occurrence where I system notification window popped up while in the middle of the game. I had to quickly get rid of that window because just at that moment I was about to be attacked by a zombie. I couldn't go around the pop up window because it was designed to always be on top of the others. I was fast enough to get back to the game to not get injured.
  9. I don't know if its an oversight or a bug, but for some reason Kettles don't collect rain water. If its a bug, fine, but if its a design choice it makes no sense for the simple fact that it would be logical for a person when placing a Kettle outside to get water would remove the top. Just because the icon used has one doesn't mean its always there.
  10. Player should be able to place the crafted mattress on the floor to sleep on. As it is right now there is no reason to even craft a mattress, since all it is used for is building the bed, which can't be done until you reach Carpentry level 4 or 5.
  11. It would be great to have Boy Scout at profession in the game. It would give you: - The time of day without a clock, since they can tell time by the sun. - Bonuses to: fishing, forging, blade maintenance, cooking, first aid, and trapping
  12. You don't have to drink it. Use it for watering plants in your vegetable garden or putting out fires.
  13. Currently empty bleach bottles serve no purpose in the game when you find them next to a dead body. Players should be able to fill them with water like other receptacles. Also when we use up the bleach from cleaning up blood the bottles shouldn't disappear.
  14. With the change of time not automatically being displayed unless you own a watch, it would be nice if the rooms that have wall clocks have the time be displayed when you enter the room.
  15. I would be nice to have the option to save/load our customized character, so we don't have to redesign them every time we start a new game. We'll just load our saved character the same way as occupation and skills.
  16. Where is the prison at? I just found the police and fire stations. For those interested South of there is a lumber yard and large gas station with a bus station. Just follow the winding road.
  17. I don't even try to grow Cabbage in the game any more because it all spoils within 2 days after picking, thus making it not worth the hassle.
  18. Currently in the game (not beta) I can; cut down 20 plus trees, carry logs, and build logs walls all day, but when I decide to go to sleep at night my character for some reason still isn't tired enough to do it. I'll have to still fast forward a few hours until my character actually gets Tired.
  19. I'm playing the latest beta and I feel my character's name on the Inventory window serves no real purpose. We aren't playing with multiple characters at once. Besides that reason with the addition of the Transfer All button in the beta it messes with me being able to see how much weight my character is carrying, because they are on top of each other. With the removal of characters' names from the Inventory window it can be like the Loot window with Transfer All right beside Inventory the same way Loot All in next to Turn On/Off for ovens.
  20. One thing that annoys me when building log walls is that huge gap that appears in the at the bottom. Even though zombies can't get through it just makes the wall look incomplete and visually unattractive. There's already regular posts in the game, so its shouldn't be too hard to reuse that code and adjust it to have the durability of log walls. Also while I'm at it add log fences and fence posts.
  21. Here's 2 suggestions that solve 2 problems that annoy me in the game. 1. Have zombies be able to trip house alarms. In one game I saw that zombies had already entered a house, so I thought it was safe to enter without a problem. I go though a broken window and all of a sudden the alarm goes off. I'm like "WTF!?" 2. When power goes out, so should house alarms. I had this one game where I lost power on the second day. I go into a house like a week later and the alarm goes off. That shouldn't be possible for the fact how quickly batteries drain in the game. 3. Houses have actual alarm to turn off. I suggested this before a long time ago. Now that the game has random burnt down houses it can now be possible to make an alarmed house, that has an alarm hidden someplace inside to disable.
  22. The title says it all. I just feel its cheating that I can use a broken knife or screw driver to butcher animals or disassemble electronics.
  23. I don't understand the logic of having 2 different ways to add/replace/remove batteries in the game. With the Flashlight its an easy menu option, but with Radios you have to; place Radio, bring up Radio interface, and finally add/replace/remove Battery. Then if I want to Disassemble it I then have to pick it up again before I'm allowed to do that. It would be easier just to have 2 menu options: 1.) When I'm holding the Radio and right click there's an Add/Remove menu option like for Flashlights 2.) When the Radio is on the counter/ground and right click in the cell its in there's the same menu option. This would also solve the annoyance of accidentally disassembling Radios with Batteries still in them, since the code as it stands now doesn't recognize if a Radio does or doesn't have a Battery in it.
  24. I started 6 new games and 5 out of those 6 I spawned in the same house. Either the game doesn't have enough spawn points or the randomizer code is awful. I would like there to be around 2 dozen spawn points per map.
