(not hating ) -If you look closely you can see that a chunk of meat has been bitten out and the throat is exposed. -Blood is dripping out of Bob's mouth, presumably from Kate. -The thing that you think is a bandage is a piece of her clothing which he's ripping of in the process of eating her. -Bob has a large gaping wound on his forehead. -Bob's eyes look completely black, which indicates that he's dead. -Kate looks completly lifeless, and bandaging a corpse won't bring it back.(though something else can!) You want this to be a romantic scene?Well you still have romantic scene even though Bob is eating her, if you think about, Bob is reanimating her so they can now be shambling together for eternity!
