  1. Build works great but after 10-20 min of playing the game freeze every few sec. log: Will cars ever have more than 2 seats ?
  2. Not a skill, trait yes. We have way too many skills that are worthless. First flesh out skills to make them interesting pick before adding new ones. Cooking, farming, nimble they have little to no impact compared to carpentry etc.

  4. Just a smal thing about armor, we need to have hard cap for dmg reduction / bite chance so 80-100% reduction wont be possible. I remember in Dead State that after few weeks zeds were no threat as their hit chance was 10-5%.
  5. Its in game switch. Like you are close you hit one buttton and you have "old view". Old X- Com had something like this. Show just the current lvl or all of them.

  7. People care more about free PZ codes than helping :-S. Do you plan the same test with vehicle branch ?
  8. Well in 90% of action games you walk by pressing the button so i dont mind that change. Shift to accelerate above safety speed is good idea, also speed meter would be good to see if my current speed is "safe" or not.
  9. It seems so. When I start new game on vehicle branch I start with a lot of items, just like someone was testing something and forgot to remove EZ mode. Also you are immortal.

  11. looks like vehicle build was merged with 38.3 I picked 6 months later to test things and I spawned with a LOT items (generatos , shovel, planks etc), you can wash your clothes and dig graves ! The FPS is a lot better, 40-50 at average , inside MU 30-25 (on 6 months later scenario).
  12. Sorry for duble post and a offtopic but I think that the main issue is healing / 1 st aid system. We need things like minor ilness. They wont kill us like bite but will keep our attention for things that devs wants to be important. Like: corpses - if we ignore them we can get some trublesome debuff for few days. Now we can: Ignore it and play with that debuff. Use some pills/meds to reduce it. Burn/avoid corpses to prevent it. Same with cooking, if we dont cook proper meal there is a risk of stomach pain etc for few days. We can stay at home for those 3-4 days. Use pills to reduce it to 1-2 days. Or just start cooking to prevent it.
  13. I Think that the main point is always benefit vs harm. The only bad thing is hp lose, we can overcome that by simply eating a bit more for healing effect. Its the same way with cooking and 1st aid. If you want us to pay attention to those corpses you need to make sure that it will affect us long term. Perhapse not super deadly but things like reduced movement speed, carrying capacity etc will matter more than just some simply hp lose. Moodle system is great, make us of it. If we get some debuff for 2-3 days it will motivate us more than just simple damage.
  14. Thats why they need to increase bite / scratch chance vs players without any clothing. Also some good jacket that reduce bite / scratch chance would be cool.
  15. 2. Dirty / Ragged clothes can be identified by name ? ( Pants > Dirty pants,Pants > Ragged pants ) " In general a prefix / suffix system for items would work great in PZ. For weapons, clother, food and many more. Sharp axe, worn pants. This is huge change for those that like to "hunt" for best possible gear. Many RPGs use that system.

Good update but: 1) health lose from corpses seems way to easy for PZ - did you ever consider debuff system ? reduced max weight you can carry, reduced max speed, slower attacks etc ? 2) That drakness sandbox options are great, why not to go deeper in that direction - new moodles (afraid of darkness), more light sources, some things are impossible at dark (reading) and others are way slower (crafting). IMO a day - night cycle in PZ needs more love.

  18. The MP works fine. Me and @Geras did some testing last weekend and: FPS was around 26-50, depends on area. No major lags etc (after about 1,5h of playing). There is problem with car trunk sync. He could not see my items in it and vice-versa. Cars dont harm other players, regardless of pvp settings. Tested on ez pz co-op, initial (survival) settings. 4GB server ram (8GB on host PC) Now I need to try with more people and split up a bit
  19. FPS is a lot better. That map streaming zombie / tree loading problem still exist. Some vehicles start at lvl (elevation) 1,5-2. You can walk under them but if you hit them with another car they will fall down. (tested on new game) When you log out inside a car the game crash if you load that save. I would improve Vans turning rate a bit.
  20. 1) When you hit a few zombies your car can flip. 2) Rendering when you drive fast (you can hit invisible tree) 3) Lack of big gates that we can use to hide our cars inside a base.

    I just started a new 6 months later game and it did crash after 2-3 min log: My PC: Windows 7 i5-6400 CPU 2,6 Ghz 8 Mb ram Gtx 750 ti

    @RobertJohnson How about instead of more rare items make quality level for items that we have in game ? Like: dull axe, sharp axe etc. The difference between them is damage, durability etc. Nothing big but you can see diference between worst possible item quality and finest one.
