    Build 36 Team up

    Hahahahaha. Yeah. Right.
  2. So if I right-click and "Walk to" an area and fast forward I'll stop? ugh. Terrible. So, will lighters have their "charges" increased? Will smoking a cigarette use less than it takes to start a fire? Because a full standard lighter will light literally hundreds and hundreds of cigarettes. (Hell, as it stand even when lighting fires in-game, lighters run out way too quickly. Again, a standard cigarette lighter will light hundreds of fires.) A regular "BiC" lighter will light up to 3,000 times. A standard full book of matches will light 20 cigarettes. That is to say, if using the lighter for this purpose will use any charges at all.

No. Just don't be like that to people. ALL. THE. TIME. That'd be pretty cool. Maybe you need another vacation? You don't have to encourage me to do anything. I come and go as I please with this game and the forums and rarely interact with you(for this very reason). But when other people have the misfortune of interacting with you, it leads to negative reviews and a "bad taste" for potential future customers. That's all I was saying. Although encouraging patience and understanding would work a whole hell of a lot better than condescension and snark. That's to say nothing of the whole "Be Lovely" policy. But you go ahead and do you, dude. I'm just pointing out why people might be reluctant to converse with TIS and leave bad reviews.

It's things like this that lead to reviews that say this. " the condescending attitude of the forum moderators have ruined it for me"
  5. Let me count the amount of fucks I give. Oops! Looks like I'm all out.
  6. I can only imagine it's to add artificial difficulty.
  7. No, you could always tie a sheet rope to them, but a barricade was the only way to make a fence impossible to hop over. So barricading the fences around the one with the sheet rope will prevent your character from stupidly choosing the wrong fence and breaking a leg.
  8. This is a fucking stupid decision. Being able to barricade a fence was infinitely helpful to prevent your character from hopping over the wrong fence. One step forward, two steps back.
  9. So, remember the problem with being able to upgrade second floor walls when they were facing south or east? Well there is a similar problem when trying to "Barricade" a wooden fence(the kind you can hop over or tie a sheet rope to) if it's on a second floor with no pathing to the "front". Barricading is good for preventing Wooden Fences from being hopped over, so you don't accidentally injure yourself if your character misses or chooses the wrong fence with the sheet rope.
  10. Me too! This is a cool option. The QoL has been doubled!
  11. Have you tried buying them handbags and shoes?
  12. That would be pretty cool. As it stands I usually just stuff my useless or broken stuff in the pockets of a corpse.
  13. Can you make it possible to Barricade the Fence walls from "East" facing positions? They're still unable to be barricaded similarly to how the walls were unable to be upgraded on the 2nd floor edges. If they face east on the edge of a non-ground floor your character wont barricade them.
  14. Yeah. You got this guy's hopes up and couldn't deliver. Shame on you OP.
  15. Practically every package of yeast and flour has instructions for bread on it.
  16. I've noticed that too. All that work to get my wood burning stove and now it's a useless decoration.
  17. Poor reasoning for a game, still. Because that's what this still is when it comes down to it. A game. The more work you put into something you should have at least some kind of noticeable reward from it. Dismissing it as "Well, even if it's dumb you can still do it!" Is... well, it's stupid. Sorry, not trying to be rude, and I'm not calling YOU stupid... but It's terrible logic. I would think you would still want players to pursue something worthwhile. If it ultimately isn't worthwhile to produce metal walls, no one will make metal walls... You've wasted your time to include something that no one will use. As for your shotgun analogy.... Using the shotgun CAN be a stupid move in certain places, but if you use it intelligently it can really save you or you can use it to lure zombies. The metal wall has no such functionality. It takes up time, resources and produces a sub-par product. The shotgun still has a positive functionality. I'm not saying it needs to out-shine the log wall, but it's barely better than a plank-made carpentry wall. Which are more abundant and easily replaced. Literally grows on trees.
  18. Yes. All the food I've come across that was added by Hydrocraft has nutritional values. (If you take the "Nutritionist" perk when making a char you can see exactly how much each food item has)
  19. Hell yeah. No problem. Do you think you could also fix the ability to barricade the short fences? They have a similar problem. You can barricade the North and West facing fences, but not the East or South fences.
  20. It's not because of the hit box. Try building a wall on an edge of a second floor. Facing "east" or "south". Your character seems to want to walk around to the "front" of the wall, but because you're on the second floor, the pathing wont force it to walk off the edge, so you just stand there doing nothing. I've included a screenshot like you asked, obviously the frame is "phased" out because it's in the foreground and I'm slightly behind it. None of those options to apply planks to the frame do anything when selected because the "pathing" of the frame or whatever causes your character to walk around to the front of the frame. (I suspect it's why you can't "barricade" short wall fences that face east or south either.)
  21. So, I've noticed you can't upgrade walls if you're behind them when they are facing East and South. This is a bit of a problem when building 2nd floor walls. (I don't know if this was mentioned yet. I didn't read the other 5 pages of this post.)
  22. What items do I use to actually operate the "Dark Mine w/ Pulley"? I managed to create a Dark Mine and don't know what I items to use to actually go mining in it. The first mine just required a Pick Axe or a Mining Drill, but now neither of them work on the Dark Mine(or Dark Mine w/ Pulley). Nevermind, I figured it out. Needed a Mining Helmet.
  23. This is, by far, the strangest(and funniest) update to anything ever. But I know the Penis-Ham fans are going to be sad.
