Sanctus
Sound draws zombies, and since rain causes sound maybe they would be much more active during rain. Moving about almost constantly and being much more alert to stimuli (other than sound of course which would be slightly dulled). I think this would be a really cool addition and increase immersion, difficulty during rain storms, blah blah (insert excuse for putting it in game here). EmptyH
I thought they already do get a bit "nervous" when its raining. But I might be wrong, since I rarely leave the house when it's raining.
BrandonTheHero
I think most people do just stand inside when it rains. We need more reasons to go outside in the rain not less IMO.
RobertJohnson
Zombies are already wandering more during the rain, because as you said, it make lot of noise I should probably make them less likely to notice you when it's raining too.. Fryhizzle
Zombies are already wandering more during the rain, because as you said, it make lot of noise I should probably make them less likely to notice you when it's raining too..Two quick questions if you don't mind:1) Do zombies have less of a chance of clinging to a player in the rain? If not, could it be done?2) Does rain effect zombie movement as well as the player? If not, should it? Seems to me it would make people consider traveling in the rain, with the current risks of going slower and getting sick.
