Sieben
Hmm, just a mix from first one and the last one, then you can set it a long as you wish
Sangennaru
That's really awesome! Looking every bit PZ! Good job. Now you just need 100 different ones to fill the streets. Heh, i'm planning to do three of those, plus some single ones. And of course, some cables that goes directly INTO the house and across the street! They will all be on the second level, so they don't cover the visual for the player, and they will disappear when approaching. Now i've the problem of splitting them for the tilesets! I'll do it, eventually! Hmm, just a mix from first one and the last one, then you can set it a long as you wish What do you mean with the "first one"? Sieben
If I count them from left to right with the numbers 1, 2, 3 (first, middle, last), then take the right half from nr. 1 with the cabels and from nr. 3 the left side . Merge them and you get a new one. This would be nr. X Now you can place 1, 2, X, 2, X, ...,

Sangennaru
Bravo! I have one questions... are the telephone poles/cables like that in Japan(assuming you live there!). Not really living there, but i've been there twice. Some roads are tremendously messy, even though the distance between the poles is much longer...Ok, i made a couple of crossings, and that's the final look for the pilons! Click on the picture to see it full-sized.now i need to make them into real tiles (splitting and all that boring part) and make an actual map!!!Still, i'm really satisfied.CheersJackEDIT; I tried to test my map, but i get a NullPointerException when i start playing into it. What's missing? should i link somehow the tiles in the game?
Sangennaru
Sorry for de double-posting. I managed to put the pilons in a png tile sheet! And that's how they look in the Building Ed.Unfortunately, due to the problems explained above, i can't try my sprites! =( Sieben
Marcelmarceau
yes you should give the game pointers as how to use the spritesheets you've drawn. you'll need a .txt file describing each sprite to the game. thuztor is the only person i've seen doing it. OK, in the tile creation tutorial (in pdf) i didn't find anything about that! =(So you just keep your busses - metro for yourself, and you can't play with them, right? Marcelmarceau
i'm trying to understand how it works so i can share my work.i've sent a pm to thuztor to explain how he did it then if you want i'll share with you.

Without sharing the whole project is pointless! Of course we could wait for the Devs to release a "package" system, but if there's a simplier situation it's even better! ^^
Marcelmarceau
there's nothing to do but to wait for the devs to release a pack tool, i've found a solution but it's no longer applicable to the last version of the game.

Sangennaru
Eh! At the moment i got discouraged by the fact that my sprites might be useless as long as Devs don't implement a modding system in the game...I will concentrate more on the japanese city, with or without those poles!
