Unamelable
We can say that just go and download any pack with weapons and it will do a better job than the work of the developers themselves. But in my opinion this is very stupid, especially when the firearms base is barebone and requires expansion no matter how you look at it. It would be logical to consider updating the current and future line of weapons since there are really few of them right now, along with attachments to it Ability to improve weapons and their characteristics Stability, accuracy, aiming time, weight. It would make sense to be able to upgrade the weapons themselves to eliminate the need to add new ones. Ability to upgrade weapon attachments, plus adding compatibility with other guns Make it possible to attach incompatible attachments to other weapons, improve the characteristics of these attachments. Add the ability to create ammo yourself I think it is quite possible to add this to the smiting update because firearms in the game are really very effective and play the best role against any threat. It will be very strange not to add craft ammo Self-crafted Firearms. Ranged crossbows/bows Weapons in the game can only be repaired with the same weapon, although home-made ones will break more often. But this will add the ability to still kill zombies and people with firearms. The damn silencers! I don't believe that you can't find military silencers in the game, especially on snipers. The game should have an option to craft/find this upgrade since it is vital Plus i heard you wanna make survivors deaf if they gonna use firearms. So protective headphones with silencers will needed Add the following weapons MP5 - SMG which is light and stable to use, uses 9mm ammo (Have portable stock) MAC-10- SMG which is light and stable to use, uses .45 ammo (Have portable stock) Colt15 - Assault Rifle what use .223 worthless ammo. Semi-auto M547 - Revolver what uses 9mm ammo. - Reference M249 - LMG what uses 5.52, only army supplied MSR43 - Lever-action rifle, uses .308 ammo (works like MSR700 Rifle without mag) - Reference Edited December 27, 2023 by Unamelable
getstoopid
The Colt AR-15 is the "civilian" version of the M16 and is semi-automatic.
TheMitu97
Just wanted to point out that UMP45 entered production in 2000, so it would be lore-breaking to include it in game that takes place in 1993. Mac-10 would be a better .45 alternative instead.

Nowthere27
There needs to at least be one semi-auto shotgun like the browning auto 5. JS2000 is nice but the time you have to pump the gun between shots is the time a zed can bite you. With a semi auto shotgun you can knock down clump after clump of zeds fast though with limited ammo capacity (5 shots!). Also some kind of sniper rifle like the M40 would be good so you can pan far across the screen and hit zombies or hostile NPCs! Yes the zeds could hear the bang and start marching towards you but since you're using a long range weapon you can hit them from afar in the mean time. Whereas with the shotgun the zombies hear you from far away and you can't hit them till they get close.
