Rass Posted April 26, 2015 Share Posted April 26, 2015 And now for the serious reply:Generators have been confirmed as an addition in one of the further updates, so I think that having some kind of electric heater will be a thing.The interesting thing about this is that the devs also said that to do some of the harder tinkering with electrical stuff, you will need to actually have the corresponding proffession. This means that you will probably need that if you're going to install a heating setup in a player-built house. Maybe even with the screen edges turning a bit blue or with a freezing effect, while having it too hot up in there would turn it slightly red.I liked that when it was a thing in Starbound (I heard it was taken out but I haven't checekd back in over a year).
