Difference Between 'Project Zomboid, 64 bit, and Compatability Mode'

There shouldn't be any difference between 64-bit and 32-bit. 32-bit just has access to less RAM (but still more RAM than the game needs). Some swear by one or the other for performance.

Compatibility mode disables (most) advanced graphics features, such as zoom. It's more or less deprecated now that this can be done from the main menu.
