  1. We are getting a ton of choices in terms of aesthetics (e.g. makeup, jewelry, changing hair color, etc) but if I am to suggest something:
  2. Use any gun that can go automatic?
  3. Can you guys look at fixing guns for this upcoming patch? They have had a bug where the longer they fire the slower the fire rate becomes until it actually starts to seemingly chug. Pistols are fine, anything thats fully auto or similar has issues. I understand this might be a B42 ticket but its infuriating.
  4. I just wanted to ask where AnimZed is in terms of release. I am in the midst of working on a bunch of stuff including additional clothing, backpacks, bandoliers, etc to fully take advantage of B41's new tangible and graphical fidelity. Myself and other modders held back right now in adding new things going as far as just editing fileguidtable.xml over and over with it breaking every update and having to be edited again compounded with the issues of having no practical way of modifying and creating new clothing. Is it still being worked on? Is it just planned after MP? Where is it?
  5. WIll you guys ever add support for custom vehicle scenes?
  6. Great patch, dropped weapons and dropped hats being rendered in 3D is awesome. One thing though, i dont think zombies being shot in the head should drop hats/glasses. Another thing, i think having a sling on a firearm should reduce the odds that you drop out of your hands.

  8. Not all the guns will spawn with a magazine in them.
  9. I cant find it right now, but there was talk about adding an automated NOAA weather station (i think) to PZ. Fort Knox actually has a meteorological detachment in real life. Whether this is ever brought to fruition is debatable.

    I cant wait to climb over fences. Being able to be more mobile is going to be fantastic. Also, congratulations @Batsphinx for the new baby!

This is a bit of a blind shot since you have shown only bits and pieces so I literally have no clue if you've already included this Tanker's Helmet (CVC Helmet) As you already know, Fort Knox was used as the US Army's Armor School circa 1993. There would be more than a few lying around. Boonie Hat They do really pull a reconnaissance outfit together. I'd actually expect more people to wear these as snipers rather than full ghillie. Military Dress Uniform Who says you cant be martial AND refined? A lot of barracks would have these inside of Knox.

    Don't take it too personally, there have been a lot of people who have been waiting for this and there has been 2 years of "i hope it comes out soon" and so many let downs that its turned people jaded.

The beauty of PZ is you get yourself killed rather than the game needlessly thrashing you to death (whether you became reckless, impulsive, didn't weigh the risk/reward, etc.) Being in a cabin in the middle of the woods and amassing supplies and then being lit up by an invisible marker that artificially inflates the danger drives against that. There are just more organic and fluid ways to do this. Bandits and zombies should start taking an interest in that cabin in the middle of the woods because you decided you'd like to use a gun rather than a bow to hunt and inadvertently put a giant blinking neon sign saying that you are there and you merit attention.
  16. Ill be honest and say I don't exactly like this idea. Doing a check to see if you should be possibly kneecapped for amassing a set amount of resources is not good design.

    What you are thinking of is a plate carrier where you insert trauma plates to stop rounds which is a (relatively) new development. I am referring to a PASGT vest which is rated to stop pistol rounds and low velocity shrapnel and was in service since the 1980's. These totally fit the time period. I cant imagine soldiers running around with nothing but a helmet and no armor on.

    I suppose the soldier outfit does not have any body armor because its being added later? Are we ever going to get riot armor?
  21. Since winter has turned into something that can rival zombies in lethality I am starting to feel that zombies should be affected to a degree. If temperatures reach 15 degrees or less I don't how a zombie can exactly come after me effectively unless I am just being careless. I just wanted to run over some ideas really quick because if I can get hypothermia why cant a zombie get stiffer and slower? 1) Zombies enter a passive state similar to what is already in the options menu for Day/Night. 2) Players will be lulled into a false sense of security by more docile groups of zombies. 3) Areas previously too dangerous to explore become more viable to explore. 4) Human interaction will increase now that people are more willing to venture out. 5) Human competition for resources will come to a boiling point.
