I'm able to stab zombies using the spear and killing them without smashing the window.
Bug is also visible with a lead pipe(though not killing the zombie) from 33:30 in this video

I would really like to see some kind of hiding animation. You may not be able to be heard while sneaking as is but I don't think you can hide behind 1/2 height objects.

If I'm not mistaken seeds aren't renewable, right?
And seeds that are usually planted are often not tasty. Try cress seeds, I dare you.

This is pure code to stop you from going over the river. The devs just forgot the fact that you might be able to exploit your way into the lake tiles. Try submitting a Bug Tracker to give the exploit some attention.

I figure such things will be solved once NPCs get introduced. Zombies will get all sorts of spread out chasing after all the new tasty food noms. I imagine the zombie herding mechanic of gunshots in the distance would be more satisfying when you actually know someone is about to get eaten and can even potentially see it happen from your window.
Yea. Once dragons get implemented stuff will probably balance a bit better.

No, you can kill and lure zombies even with default survival settings, to a meaningful conclusion: you just need to be persistant and regularly patrol your area. It's possible already, but difficult.
