Unamelable
I disabled all mods, and in vanila PZ my character have a stroke and when i hit down (binded to LCtrl). He just stand still, don't do anything (guess animation stopped for some reason). And Zombie have active outline. Fixes itself by restarting the save. Beard
There seem to be some mods loaded which can cause issues. Try deleting the "mods" folder in the Zomboid folder, then start a new game and see if the issue happens there as well.

I can assume that the game badly unloaded the Lua code.

You don't have to have mods installed there to disable them, in other words. Likewise each individual save game includes a list of mods inside it, so it's just easier to ensure they're all off by deleting the mods.txt + starting a new game, ensuring you've not unintentionally loaded in anything.
