Starting a game with Pain

Hi guys, i wonder to know if it's normal to start a game in pain, and in case it isn't how can i fix this!
it happens to me every game even if i start a new one.

Maybe. To be sure, just delete the contents of %username%\zomboid and %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Steam\SteamApps\Common\ProjectZomboid then reinstall the game.

That's definitely not normal man - are you playing the full game or the demo? If you are playing the full game, did you play the demo first?

i play the full version on steam, and i didnt played the demo, i've installed a mod before the last update, may be this?
