    Adding this suggestion wont stop people from dying for one single thing, they can go back to the same character with the same skills/tratis and levels because they backed up their saves.

     

    I have played with legit players in MP and i never EVER seen someone kill off their character when they break a leg, simply because they grinded like a motherfucker the carpentry levels, they will walk 20 minutes to get back to base and stay inside the most time possible till they can move again.

     

    However the players you and danny are thinking off are the ones in big popular servers, example of Zeeks and Redboid where i had most experience with. They always have backup characters, if they get bit, time to roll back to the back up, broke a leg? Roll back, we are getting raided by players? let my roll back to my character.

     

    And there is nothing you can do to stop them, putting penalties for dying means that legit players get shit on while the players that might die but they have a back up will never suffer from it.

    In SP there is nor reason to have a penalty since your death, as i said above, makes it so you lose everything and if you continue in your world, where that is on you and you alone, but with a new character.

     

    Yeah savescumming is a huge problem in multiplayer.

    That being said legit people absolutely suicide with broken legs. I know because i used to do this unless the character was very high level, because i knew i could lvl up again in less than the 6 or so hrs i had to have a broken leg. Now i make sure i lvl up first aid, so i don't have to wait as long. Anyways, if you are not high level then there are for sure times it is wise to suicide.

  2. Panic is horrible in MP if you PVP. You do lose accuracy, and you do stuff MUCH slower, like reloading or first aid and it can be tricky to beta block in tense PVP battles.

    They will be added eventually, but I am working on getting the reload function working first.

     

     

     

    I already told him about the 2xscope problem and I think the distribution errors may be the desert eagles cause I remember when making my mod from the names in distribution I got a error with both cause of misspelling lol also the SPR19111 that's a thing also lol

    That was from me experimenting on the new modding system... I forgot to change it back

     

    I don't know if this is the right place, but on the Redboid server I (and others) have noticed that other players can't hear other players shooting, unless they are really really close. For sure a bug, i just don't know if it is a base game thing.

     

    The sound in my mod was killed by the new update. They changed how the sound radius' are handled

     

     

    So should i report it in the bugs forum or is it something you are looking to fix? :)

    Btw did you remove the bug with the Treadmill? You can use it for ever and it just spawns dirty bath towels, instead of using the clean ones. It's a huge exploit to give sprint.

    Most of those issues will be fixed in the next update because I am fixing how multiple ammo types are addressed.

     

    As for the shotguns, the slugs do not have spread so you need to aim much better with them.

    Sounds great :) Okay, just found it weird with the slugs, and i used another shotgun right after, and it did hit much better (with same amount of accuracy)

  7. On the reboid server, when i changed the AR-15 to use 5.56 ammo, it didn't need ammo anymore. I counted at least 50 shots in a row, and you can't see how many bullets are currently in the gun. Big exploit.

     

    This is a few days ago, so my memory may be acting up. The Benelli shotgun didn't do any damage on a horde with slugs, when i fired around 20 shots with it with no panic, and lvl 3 accuracy.

     

    Great mod btw :)

     

    EDIT: Glock 17 is bugged, have got 20/17 bullets in it, and i can unload to infinity it seems.

    How does a big gun standdown happen on a server like this?

    Everything thing leading up to what we consider a valid death needs to have roleplay beforehand. Lets say there is a faction war happening on the server right now.  Members from faction A has sent people to rob faction, Since there is now a reason for faction B to attack faction A.  At that point it just needs to be made known whats going down.  The community is very forum based.

  9. I have literally never played a game with better developers. Hard working, and very engaging with the community. It's sad that a few people adds stress to your life like that.

     

    I personally don't care at all about NPC's, and I think your "no more mentioning NPC's" policy, is probably a very smart move. Even if you guys stopped working on the game right now, i feel like i have got my $ worth many many times over.

     

    I have yet to write a review on steam, but I will soon. Stay cool devs.
