Medical items disappeared ?

Hi guys !

 

Its been a few updates that i realized that some of the new medical items had disappear for me ...

I never had serious injuries, but recently i raid the West Point's pharmacy and i didnt find any tweezers, any cotton balls, any alcohol wipes or any disinfectant bottle... After the medical update i could find a lot, but since a few updates they have litteraly disappear !

 

I'm using the IWBMS build, every thing seems good except for those items and i think i didnt found any of the new food items (but not sure for them, read below).

 

I use some mods, especially Hydrocraft mod, and Real Guns Mod by ORMTnMAN.

 

Please apologize my poor english, if anything wasnt clear ask me for details !

You should probably report this as an IWBUMS bug in the bugtracker

No, doesn't need to be on tracker. It's always the mods, and unfortunately we really can't troubleshoot for them.

I was pretty sure about this. I'll try without mods and if any problem keeps about i'll come back here !

this happened to me once. I just re-installed everything and they were back. I made a topic about it but they didn't do anything, I don't think they believed me.
