  1. (A rage event is an optional feature when making sandbox gamemodes, or in some cases can happen on normal gamemodes depending on if this takes off.) Basics - A rage event happens every few days depending on when you set it to happen or when a corresponding gamemode has it set to happen. During this event zombies eyes will glow a piercing white making them stick out in unlooked areas. The upside for you is that you know they are coming, and you know where they are at all times. Zombies will become aware of you no matter how hard you try to hide. They remain at their set speeds but c
  2. Having seen the impedning weather system that includes thunderstorms crossing the map, I wonder if that system could be co-opted to script a massive horde event. I am imagining a horde of zeds that spawn at the map's edge and move across the entirety of the map like a storm. Alternatively, I could also see an invisible draw beacon that passes over the map, attracting zeds as it goes. In the case of the former, I'm not sure how the migration of zeds would interact with standard zed activity. I imagine they would ignore things like moving to empty tiles or forming up with
  3. Enigma Edit: https://timee.io/20170823T1900 Countdown timer for those that do not trust our time-traveling shenanigans! Soon to be added to the IWBUMS public beta is an optimization made and discovered by Steve of BitBaboon that could optimize zombie transmission over the network quite a bit. This optimization limits the amount of zombie placement and zombie movement data that’s shared between players, while still keeping the online gameplay rolling. It has the potential to be quite a big deal, but we need to know just *how* big a deal. As such this Wednes

  5. Hey Indie Stone Devs! me and a friend have organized a faction war that I'm going to be streaming, but I was thinking that it'd be really neat to see this happen between the devs! There are 3 factions, 1 to each city. Each faction has 4 people (Which can obiously change.) There are 3 factions, 1 to each city. This includes the unnamed city on the project zomboid community map. It is a complete free for all between each faction, with the exeption of every 20th day. I really do think that this would be a hit in the community, and it would be awesome to see how you guys would play your own game, k
  6. Ok, so first of, this is more of an idea that went through my head as I was playing, more so than a suggestion, anyway, the core of the idea is pretty simple. Adding a craftable radio, or simply snatching one around from a house, a garage, a car(once and if they are in the game) the list could go on where you could get your hands on one. Essentially, after some time in the apocalypse, the only reasonable means of communication pretty much would be your old radio and the idea is once you would acquire one, your world would once in a while transmit some kind of conversation or just a message a
