I use semi-controller and mouse using Xpadder.
Controller in one hand for joystick movement and most other functions.
Mouse in the other for directional attack and using the menus.
It probably looks and sounds unusual but it works pretty well.
The gamepad controls for PZ are broken or something.

Complicated. We've been together for a year and a half, I was a callous asshole to her so technically we are broken up at the moment since about two months ago. However, we're dating again and taking things slowly, I'm demonstrating that I'm a much more committed person that I initially was and someone to trust. Sometimes it takes losing someone to realize how important they were to you, hopefully I didn't learn that lesson too late.
Is killing ever the moral choice?
Depends on the context.

Lamest death: I got a cold and then a fever, and I managed to eat enough to save myself.
After a few minutes a friend and I were in the middle of rping and I died at random.
You can control these, though
-
Simple.
- Make a campfire kit using 4 planks and a sheet.
- Have at least one book/magazine and a Lighter or Matches in your main inventory.
- Place the campfire kit down in a nice open area.
- Run around and use the shout command to draw a large horde.
- Kite them to the campfire area and quickly light the campfire.
- Draw the horde into the campfire and watch them burn and fall like flies.

Glitchy sheet ropes - All kinds of weird and unusual glitches.
Falling through ethereal roofs - Some roofs aren't even solid.
Destroying floors right under my own feet - Why give you the option to destroy them and make you stand direct on top?
Dying for no reason at all - Yep.
The game is far from finished yet, these kinds of bugs are to be expected.

You mean the most understandable and to be expected deaths? No, the lamest ones are when I let myself down making a bad play. There's nothing lame about an alpha being an alpha.
Those might be the lamest for you but for me it's the glitches.
I rarely let myself down when it comes to gameplay. To me, the lamest deaths are the ones I cannot control.
Sure, the game is in Alpha but that doesn't make the glitch related deaths not lame.

I think 1 month and 26 days.
I could've easily survived forever but there's no use in playing when there is nothing else to do.

Be wary of Zippy and Jolly Roger.
I was returning to my safehouse and Zippy showed up and brandished a pistol.
I told him to please leave and he agreed.
10-15 minutes later I'm looking out the bedroom window and see Zippy again but this time with a friend.
They eventually leave but again for the 3rd time, about an hour later Zippy is back with his pistol and trying to get into my safehouse.

I didn't read the OP because it's too long and I'm too tired.
But I was down at Home Depot the other day and saw bricks and the concrete caulking stuff and thought to myself how simple it would be to make a brick wall.
Lay down the base layer of concrete, stack layer of bricks, add another layer of concrete on top, rinse & repeat.

The built-in gamepad support for PZ doesn't work or at least has never worked for me.
It's always been broken even though other people say they've used it.
My method is pretty weird but it does work well.
