Didn't see this in any of the threads on pages 1-5, and unfortunately the search function won't work on by browser. However, even if the suggestion has mentioned in the past, adding multiplayer totally changes the dynamic of this. So basically, if a player (or future NPC) is 'sick', they will cough, splutter and sneeze; which will have a number of effects. Primarily, this will be a source of paranoia and suspicion in multiplayer. Is your friend a ticking timebomb waiting to turn and eat your face, or does he just have a sniffle? PVE? Better board up his bedroom door just to be safe... PVP? Well... Secondary effects - a small chance of infecting other players or NPCs (for general illness only, not the Zed virus), a signifcant penalty to NPC interaction and the chance to attract nearby zombies as a result of the noise.
