According to console your game is still loading mods. Try removing the mod leftovers as well, here is how:
1. Steam>Workshop>Your files>Subscribed items>Unsubscribe from all.
2. Wipe the mod folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600
3. Then go to Steam Library> Project zomboid> Properties> Local files> Verify.
4. Restart Steam.
Create a new save to see if the issue persists.

Could you share the console txt file of the modless save when you encounter the error?

What version of the game are you playing? This can happen if your base is not fully covered and you have stairs leading to the roof.

Are you not able to disassemble without mods as well? You can also disassemble objects using this option on left of your screen. Although, glancing at the first picture, got a hunch this one is probably inaccessible for your character, you will need to remove the table first.

Regarding other clothing related issues, there's this one happening on 41.78.3, no mods, happens only with regular Leather Jacket. Ones with logos like Wild Raccoons ect. work fine.

 

Ponchos also cause part of the forehead to become invisible, again no mods:

Hoodie related glitches had some fixes, yep. The ones you listed are known and will be fixed as well

Have you tried testing on a new save as well? Just to make sure it's not the map_meta.bin file that was corrupted.

The patch for clothes hasn't rolled out yet  Fixed on our side, though.
