  1. Weight carry limit capacity should affect how much a character can pick up, atm a weak character & a strong character can pick up the same mass, the only difference is that the weak character gets overburdened at +6kg while strong gets overburdened at +22kg.Scorched earth should return to dirt/grass tiles over time.Being well fed should last longer and the current benefits of well fed are very lackluster.Visible GUI of strength and fitness gain/loss and possibly endurance meter GUI. This was posted one year ago. GUI to on rain collectors and possibly a nerf on how fast they fill up.Unique gained traits acquired only through game-play, as many or more then what your given at character creation. Run 25km + 5% run speed. Kill 1,000 zombies, able to see their health bar. Eat 50+ chips -1 fitness. Chop down 100 trees weight of logs becomes 3 -> 2kg, eat 100 salads +1 quantity on vegetable crop harvest.Ranged weapons need their stats re-adjusted, nearly useless at the moment with 1 aiming, all misses or non fatal shots with all attachements. One axe is infinitely better then any ranged weapon at the moment. Also where the character is aiming down the barrel doesn't represent where bullets hit, sometimes upwards of 45° difference.Sleep deprivation & exhaustion should not be tied together this affects 5 traits and not in a good way.Accurate description of traits
  2. Bit too much, player built anything turns to dust instantly, only refuge is pre-sealed off compounds.
  3. Aren't vehicles just that? A piece of machinery that lets you travel faster than your own human means from point A to B? No, thats just called fast travel, not vehicles. Okay, so you are literally saying that vehicles are NOT pieces of machinery that let you travel faster than you can normally. I think you've made all your points on everything you say very clear. I don't understand why i need to articulate that vehicles and fast travel are TWO different things. Look at witcher 3, Elder Scrolls 4 & 5, horses and sign posts ( fast travel check points), your labeling them as the same thing, why are you trying to give me dictionary.com definitions to a point which you have no grounds on.
  4. Do not see a connection to anything that was said here or is that a warning that imagination leads to boredom?
  5. Aren't vehicles just that? A piece of machinery that lets you travel faster than your own human means from point A to B? No, thats just called fast travel, not vehicles.
  6. You mean The Elder Scrolls VIII, right? Whatever it'll be as long as its not a MMO.
  7. 2011-2015 we're still in alpha, then there is a beta, then there is 1.0, then there is DLCs, if this game has enough sales, thats very very very future imagination. Chances are we'll be playing skyrim 3, half-life 4, and fallout 5 by then.
  8. I don't see how vehicles are gonna work, can they go off roads? do they take damage? how do they manage with obstacles such as trees? what about sapplings. I don't see vehicles happening anytime soon. If anything it'll be a gimmick that lets you fast travel from point A to point B.
  9. I was thinking about making a post about traits which are gained through gameplay, there can be as many or more of those then the ones you start out with, they also can be positive or negative, small and big, this was one of the most fun aspects of Fallout 3.
  10. 89 is what i looted i was in a hurry to exit the mall, that little store easily has 100+ boxes of nails, 6-12 boxes per shelf in there, highest amounts i've ever seen.Theres probably 400-800 boxes of nails in the mall if you went through & looted everything. The clothing hangers racks alone carry 15-30 individual nails. This was in challenge Opening Hours, no idea if survival mall has the same loot or not.
  11. The size of your base doesn't matter, in challenge mode zombies gsp to your location at-least every minute, you can't hide, your 20x20 base would be dust, but your not in the same boat as the rest of us, your in the modding/cheating category, your modded walls are zombie proof. If your doing v32 w.o mods you pretty much have one choice, the which is what i said in post #8. Otherwise you would be playing " lets find out how many walls & crates zombies destroyed this time"
  12. I found 89 boxes on nails within the first 1 minute of starting a new game, challenge mode Opening Hours, inside just one of the stores in the mall. Also any player built object would be destroyed with the amount of gsp zombies in this game mode, so all your castles would be levitating off the ground within minutes. That being said here is my base foundation, i made a mistake in the first picture as you can see i sledged hammer one space inside the fenced off compound making it worthless as there is nothing you can do to keep zombies from breaking in, plastered walls last few seconds. I restarted the game and took that area again, the whole compound is fenced off. http://imgur.com/a/ly0Id
  13. There are lots of unrealistic things in games, like zombies for one.
  14. Does Pacifist lower your melee damage, because it sure does feel like it. My pacifist character rarely 1 hit kills while my non-pacifist nearly 1 hit kills each swing. Same strength but pacifist has blade at lvl 5 while non-pacifist lvl-6 If pacifist lowers your damage then that NEEDS to be mentioned somewhere, the only information i found regarding this perk was from a dev quote from build 31 " Pacifist (slower at learning combat skills) ", while this part is true, you do learn slower, but no mention that you do much less damage, which is very misleading if the trait lowers your damage, which im leaning towards at the moment.
  15. Post #51 was too offensive? Sorry, i'll just stay off these forums. Making bow and arrow is not difficult, i could make one with zero experience, so please stop making it to be some forbidden craft and asking for picture proof.
