    So to make it work without many problems, it would be preferable to use it alone ?

    I remember asked this question about that,  generally speaking, after the electricty shut off you can't get gas anymore even with generator, the only way is to have luck and to find jerrycan full of gasoline.

     

    But with hydrocraft i now that you can make bio-diesel gas, but i don't know if there still a way to get gas from the gas station with it. But without, im sure you can't.

     

    There also a mod that you can use generators to extract gas from the gas station, but i don't know if this mod still work in build 34.

    Lasers and iron sights haven't been taken out; I didn't model a version with those attachments because visually they wouldn't look a whole lot different whereas a red dot scope sits quite prominently on top.

    Just a small question (sorry if i already asked it last time...:oops:) : Did you will add a way to personalize the gun loot ?

     

    (Because, last time i tried to change the gun distribution, i remember you give me advices to change the spawn rate of guns by editing the distribution file.lua, the first time I succeeded but the second one i make the game crash, i can't remeber what i changed correctly in the first time, i read again the advices that you given, i can't understand it again...Sorry :cry: ).

     

    Or as you said in the futur plan of the mod, to change gun distribution in house, but i think you already change it for this version...:? Check it in the to-do-mod list, and i don't see it.

     

    Otherwise keep up the good work :-D I follow you !

    I saw on the video that the 3 handguns only have the Red Dot attachment on it, did you decided to remove the laser and iron sight attachments for handguns  ?

     

    Otherwise the new models really make me excited, can't wait for this :-D

    Try to search to wardrobe contrainer in mechanic Areas to find Fire suit (package) but 0.1 chance to spawn :/.  Does the fire suit package protect also like the fire jacket and the fire hat for using the forge ?

     

    I've got also a question : Is there a way to breed dog ? I can't get a dog (like German shepherd ) that i can use to search cows, sheeps...i am blocked to get leather...I use binoculars and dog whistle to get one but always fail to get the right one...

    I was playing on my game and i want to ask you a question...Is it normal that the welding mask is so...heavy ?!

     

    2.0 in weight is too much ! In real life i already weld with blowtorch and we got welding glass, we got also mask but it's for TIG, MAG, MIG  welding...And i already got one in my hand, is generally made in plastic, so the welding mask is relatively light in weight. For suggestion to lower it a bit ?

    In an old game, i've got an bug with the plastic barrel, i've found one, take it and place in my safehouse to stock some items inside. I've put in on the floor, and when i go to put away items from my bag, in click into it...Make game crash.

    I look frequently the subject for a while, congratulation for your progress to the mod ! Amazing things have been added, that make the mod more...AWESOME ! Im actually playing with it, and i noticed two bugs while playing ?!

     

    The first one is just a spelling mistake : For the "Liquid Soap" object , it's worte "Liqiud Soap"

     

    EDIT : Found also missing icon for the "Dry Chilli Peppers". (?)

     

    The second is about nutrition...I don't know if it's the mod or the game who make that, but i enabled nutrition in sandbox game, and while survive i need to eat, but i can't stop to became fat...I try a test last time, i keep my character hungry (or very hungry)...The weight still continue to increase step by step, i already got the overweight trait, and finaly the weight has stop to 98.28... Is there a way to lower it ?! I started to not eat for decrease (exept if my character die for starvation ^^).

     

    EDIT : Starting foraging for find dung to have cows etc...After several days with the moodle hungry (and very hungry), it has started to shut down...Slowly.

     

    As, i say, keep up the good work :D You're doing very well !

    Yes, they'll be able to help in combat, and will have an inventory of their own. ^__^ And seeing I made a mod to move fridges and other things yesterday, they'll be able to carry that, and generators, as well as do pretty much anything a player can do ^__^

    1) As the shop vac, forgot to ask you the same question about the Garden Hose ?

    Errrrr...from what I remember: there's a mod that allows irrigation to crops WITH a GH...not sure if anything of the sort is implemented into Hydrocraft at this time.

    Other than that with HC as your main mod - Melt/Scrap them down for either Steel or Rubber. Can't remember which. Not in front of a PC with my setup right now! :)

    3) Well except Warehouses, where i can find an Auger in Muldraugh (Maybe at the sawmill) ? I already find some at garage but this time i played at Wespoint.

    Oigh. Muld...Small Storage and Warehouses to the left side of the map are your best bet. Warehouses Out Of Town are next up.

    I got some questions who tend to interfere when I play...

     

    1) I always see when searching, some shop-vac, hand vac etc...It an have an purpose (or an important purpose) ? I looked in the recipes but i found nothing. It serves to clean something ?

     

    Been wondering that myself. Always hoped I'd be able to take it apart for parts...but nothing yet so far AFAIK. Anyone else have any input?

     

    2) Does the item "Cleanser" serves to clean blood stain ? I now in the recipe that the dishwashing liquid is used to make a special bomb :razz:  in Hydrocraft, but what about the "Cleanser " ?

    Pretty sure it'll make it into Chemical usage or Alchemy at some point. I pick it up regardless anyway. There's be a use for it someday! Have a crate of it stored away at base.

     

    3) Is it possible that some items don't spawn in the map (Or spawn only in Wespoint) ? Because for me i had some items that i never found when searching at storages units, warehouses etc... The items are for now the Auger (I always find them when i play at Wespoint Map, i never found one in Muldraugh map) and strangely i can find more the "Dog Whistle" before my long break i frenquently founded some at Muldraugh map but now, i didn't find anymore.

     

    I think that's more a base-game code issue in how it determines WHERE certain classes of items will spawn really.

    If you think about it, you see more of X items in certain locations. Same reason why you find Gas Cans more at 'Gas Station' tagged areas and Warehouses as opposed to someone's kitchen cupboard or in the laundry room on a shelf. I'd imagine how the items are coded, they need to be set into classes which are then pushed to locations to be spawned.

Woah im always in war in gun distribution, i edit them to spawn a bit more...But after edit it, started to search, testing what has changed and i didn't know why, no guns spawning anymore in bedroom  :shock: . Before i changed, i rarely find mags, but now i think i find nothing else. It's strange because my long break of playing, I managed to edit the distribution and it's worked well, of course now i don't remember how i did. I read in the topic (long posts ago !) what you have told me to change it, but it's not come back.

     

    if rnd(10) >= 6 then...

    (This could represent 50% of spawn rate isn't ?)

     

    So if rnd(10) >= 9 then...

    The chance is 80%, that sounds a bit like that in bedroom sometime 9 or 8, so good chance of spawn.

     

    But why i find rarely gun or mags ?. I think if i search 20 bedrooms wardrobes, i will find something on only two or three wardrobes, and it will be mags or ammo...

     

    If rnd(10) >= 6 then... means approximately 50% of spawning rate, why guns will spawn more if it would be 80% or 70%, that weird,

    because the % is lower.

     

    I hope you understand, because speaking lua script is not my thing lol  :???: .

    ORM you think you could lower the spawn of guns a bit a make it to where ammo is more plentiful? I have 3 containers full of guns and not even a half full of ammo lol I am starting to see why I am the only one to have survive :P

     

    Hah! Well, seeing as everyone has different gun spawning preferences, I am not going to change that version one way or another. However. I am going to figure out hoe to tie it to the loot rarity settings so everyone can set it themselves. Hopefully I will have that ready for the next version.

    I just have two questions  :

     

    -When we can set the guns and ammo, Can we also choose attachments and (i think that need more working, but i just ask it also) can we choose the gun spawining in differents places ? For example : Set better gun spawing in bedroom and decrease it in police station ?

    -In the next version can we break the ammo of new gun to get gunpowder like the default ammo ? Silencers will be in the next version ? Or it's not planned for the next release ?

    Lol, glad you're so excited! Unfortunately,no. It would be a general toggle up and down of total rarity. The main UI screen is not good to modify too much, because it would lead to incompatibilities.

     

    No, ammo breakdown is not going to be in the next release, but maybe the version after. However, I will be putting in shell drops from ammo firing in the next version.

     

    Silencers will be in the next version as long as everything I am working on right now continues to work.
