  1. From the moment I get on the computer till I go to sleep, I refresh this page every hour or whatever page it is, the latest upcoming or build.
  2. Thank you Waib!!! I've been trying to remember mentioning this but keep forgetting, why do alarm systems go off even after the power is out hmmm? OK, battery backups, yes...but what about a month or so after? wait...I shouldn't care, I can't even survive that long.
  3. The game is best designed to be fun for that amount of time though. Its once you start surviving for months that the game becomes less fun, because it was designed to tell the story of your death. Yea, I get that...I normally just end up doing something stupid to get me killed like "Shotgun time!!!!" or "Got leh axe...I can take on that horde :cool: ... ... nope" Edit: but that'll be different once there are survivors, making your group, having your relationships and people dieing. Trying to preserve the group and survive as long as possible.
  4. I die so much I don't need to worry about my saves. I've never lasted more then maybe...ummm...two weeks.... Even though of constant death and never quite getting a real safe house set up anytime after the major update i still find the game fun I legitimately suck at this game.
  5. I kinda was thinking about it then remembered it on the walking dead.
  6. I understand animals are going to eventually be implemented but i wasn't quite sure if hunting would be apart of it so why not post it. I believe that a type of hunting rifle should be implemented to make this work better. You could hunt dear and then cook the meat over a fire or in a oven, but maybe crafting could implemented into this as well. For example you need to skin a animal first. so maybe it would be required to have a sharp knife and it would take time to skin the animal before you could retrieve the meat from its corpse. Not needing to go into great detail but maybe removing the organs from the meet and throws aside or...bait anyone?
  7. Zombies should have a variety, maybe you could come across a zombie who was swat before he was infected, thus meaning he is wearing swat armor and is harder to kill. Other types could consists of athletes, army, body builders ETC. This could work without being OP by simply setting a spawn rarity to which each type of zombies spawn.

Just an idea, even though driving cars won't be implemented for a while, it would be cool if you could add cars in driveways and just maybe on the roads or along the highway crashed ones, a big pile up on the highway or just a bunch of cars backed up like you see in the walking dead season 2. Looting would consist of you either opening the car doors if they happen to be unlocked or smashing the window, and of course there is always a chance to set of the car alarm. Loot wouldn't be that high other then suitcases of clothing, toiletries, a few non-perishables, personal belongings but of course there's always those people that are fanatics and have stock piled food and other things they would need and probably have a gun and ammo trying to get away from the city in there car so there car has alot of loot (quite rare). Also be cool if you could sleep in the car. Another idea!!! If you could set up traps, for example if you created a pulley system to where a car was hanging up high and at the pull of a lever it would fall crushing whatever is below (zombies). This would be implemented into the crafting system. (got this from half life 2 with the crazy priest dude who give you shotgun, good game) Edit: Car would also have the ability to explode. Shooting with a gun, pouring gasoline and lighting a fire.

  12. The current build can only be ran using 64 bit java, try 64bit capability mode. If this still lags and eventualy crashes when loading world, make sure your java is up to date and 64 bit version. Edit: if I'm wrong i'm wrong, not much of a computer genius, yet.
