  1. So there will already be other factions on the server when we join? Or at least one other? That does sound pretty awesome
  2. Atoxwarrior, I checked out your post and it seems like you've made some progress! I can't help but get the feeling that you would get more help from the community if the topic was made in English? As I'm guessing that the majority of us don't speak Spanish! It's just a suggestion to try and make a topic in English, but I do really think you might get more help that way!
  3. So this was just a spur of the moment idea. It hasn't really been thought through fully, just figured I'd get the idea written down here and perhaps someone would find it interesting. How about instruments? To use as a way to entertain yourself. It's a RISKY way since it will make noise, perhaps attracting Zeeks. But the entertain-value will be higher than the usual, perhaps book. And for each time you played an instrument you would get BETTER at it. So for each time you use it, you won't play as clumsy and loud and the entertain value will increase even further. Just throwing it out there. As someone who has studied music, and plays it a lot on the free time, this would be an awesome implement. As I could imagine it being something I would do myself if this would happen in real life. (I tell myself at least. But surely, it would be something viable in large encampments! Where the danger isn't as HIGH.) Anyways yeah, just putting it out there if someone finds it interesting
  4. It was way back. Was searching for a coop game to play with a friend. It'd preferably been zombie/survival-oriented. And thus I stumbled upon Project Zomboid. It was with baldspot still as the tutorial, I remember. All right, maybe it wasn't THAT long ago, but it does FEEL like it! The game then fell in the dark shadows of my forgetful mind, until about half a year ago. And goodness, it was just heaven to see what it had become.
  5. This sounds so awesome. I'd surely love to join!
  6. Awesome! Hopefully we get some more to join in. I know the post had been lying dormant for about a week until I posted, but if you're still trying to get that server up, I'm sure we'll get at least a couple of more survivors to join in!
  7. Name: Garett Hart Race: Caucasian Age: 25 Sex: Male Role/Division: Sniper Character bio: *bang* .. The sizzling remains of a brain fell flat on the ground with a squish. Looking around, Garett jumped down from the car on which he recently had taken a stand against at least a dozen of these.. things. He walked up to the nearest couple of corpses, built a small pile of which he slid underneath. The horde was coming, and his best chance was to just wait for them to pass. - This wasn't exactly the life Garett had expected when he came back from the military. He had only been back for about a week when things started going down. Luckily, this was a new town in which he had been employed as a "keeper of the peace" -- He knew nobody, and that was likely the reason why he had made it this far. - Thinking it was his best chance to make it to the police station, Garett had journeyed through the entire town to get there. Now after two hours of lying completely still, waiting for the horde to pass, he had very little way left. There it was, the police station. Wait, what are those figures by the entrance? They're human! Perhaps his best bet would be to join the group. Well, it's all or nothing. Garett goes out of cover, starts to carefully wave and shouts "Hey!". -Story begins- Time Zone: CET (+1) Usually Online: Evenings mostly, 8-12, though it varies. I'm usually online more than that.
  8. This sounds like a really good idea. The pros and cons of the windows are well thought out as well. I was just thinking considering the way that this looks, and from my own experience as well, it's only in capitals and major cities that buildings has this kind of layout. I'm not so sure if it would exist in a town such as 'Muldraugh'. Now, I'm Swedish, so I can't say that I KNOW anything about how it looks in smaller American towns for example. I'm just writing down my crude thoughts here.
  9. Not sure if this thread is still active, it seems as if some people haven't received answers! But I'll just put this here, it would be awesome to do some rp'ing Name - Trent MacManus Age - 24 Gender - Male Role - Stranger/Loner, Trading for Survival Background - Taking a vacation in 'Muldraugh' seemed like quite a good idea. The life of a police officer isn't always easy. Trent had been threatened via mail several times this week, and it was his boss' idea to take some time off. Going away with the wife and their six months old daughter would probably do him some good. It was during this visit that things started happening. Trent protected his wife and daughter, using what he had learned during police training. After a couple of nights of holding up in a deserted house, they met a group of survivors. He thought this was it, now they actually had a chance of surviving. This turned out to not be the case.. The group consisted of only men. During the first night, just as they were going to sleep, the men gathered around them, asking for something in return for their protection. Understanding what they were asking for, Trent said no. An answer they did not accept. Forcing themselves upon his wife, Trent tried to fight, which resulted in a hard blow to the head. The last he could remember was hearing the screams of his wife. When he awoke, he saw the corpses of her and their daughter lying just beside him. Both had received shots in the head. Now, he lives on for his memory of his wife and child, no one will take that away from him.. He roams the streets of 'Muldraugh', scavenging for supplies and resources. Not trusting anyone he comes across. He's met a group knows as the 'The Militia'. They're seem like honest people. Good enough to trade with at least..
