While the 780 is a very nice card I don't think the $150 jump would be worth it. Now if you wanted to get a 780 TI hell yeah the performance boost would be big but those are mad expensive. TLDR: I'd stick with the 770.

Are media tags broken?

I just don't like anything below 500 W is all. If your PSU goes everything in your system is more or less fried.

There just isn't any wiggle room at all with that PSU.

Not at all, it's just I personally always try to go a little above recommended with my PSUs since I overclock and they are the most important part in any build but what you have will work no problem. I don't really know anything off the top of my head in your price range but I'll let you know if I do find anything.

Not what I'd pick for the case, PSU, HDD or CPU but it'll work. I assume you won't be overclocking since you didn't add any additional cooling?
