Team pvp

I run a server for me and my friends. We are loving PZ. Thank you for not giving up on the game and making it so much cooler every month.

I particularly like the new PVP options. I ilke the deisng, and we use it all the time.

 

My suggestion is that you add one more componenet to pvp: Teams.  I am thinking 3 of us are on one team that can't hurt eachother but can hurt the opposing team, and the other team of 3 can attack us but not themselves. (there are up to six people on my server)

 

I like the idea of 2 (or more) different gangs trying to eek out survival--trying to kill each other or recruit each other.  I can imagine so much role playing and story telling if there are teams/gangs/groups, and even more potential stories if there are options to leave and join gangs.

 

Just my 2 cents.

 

Seriously, this is my favorite game.  Thank you developers for your hard work. I know you this is a source of income and I am bought the right to play the game and got others to buy it (which is thanks enough imo), but as a consumer when I see a labor of love, I can't help but be grateful on a personal level that you overcame the early obsticles.

I think we should save this idea til after they rework the combat, So its less easy to actually kill someone you didn't intend to kill.

Otherwise a team based thing would probably be good.

After the combat rework and getting rid of autoaim that loves to target your friends instead of enemies in gunfights, this wont be needed really.

I don't think it would be that hard to implement. There would just need to be a layer put where when you go into PVP you still can't hurt anyone in your group..  You might need a second option that takes you out of all groups and pvps or maybe a a group leader might have an option to kick someone from a group and and pvp them.
