Here are some simple guideline-questions that you should answer:
  • What are the specs of the server?
  • What OS is the server running on?
  • What is your connection speed? speedtest.net
  • Did you try to fix your problem and how?
  • What's the issue, exactly and what did you try to fix it?
  • Is the server being run on a VPS or home computer?

Answering these questions in your thread helps us help you. Threads like "I can't connect, please help" is a waste of your time, as you will have to provide the information anyways.

Change the IP to localhost see if that helps.

This looks like a problem creating or opening the user database (Zomboid/db/servertest.db for example).

There might be an error earlier on when you first start the server.

Add these arguments to the end of the .bat file you use to start the server (on the first line before the PAUSE)

 > server.txt 2>&1

Run the server then look in the ProjectZomboid game folder for a file called server.txt, it should have all the console messages in it.
