Add/Weld armour to cars

Would it be possible to weld armour/rams to cars to increase durability or for decreasing zombie knock back when hitting them? Maybe even adding metal bars to windows to prevent them reaching in when they’re broken, just an idea.

I guess it is still planned but it's not a priority to them (obviously...) maybe they'll surprise us with it in build42 when the new crafting system will be released, who knows?
