loot not regenerating - electricity water not cut off

loots are not renewed on my server. I adjusted it in settings but nothing changed. and the electricity and water had to be cut off within 1 month, it's been 200 days, it still exists

I solved the loot problem but there is still electricity

I have the same problem on my server too. The electricity should have been turned off within a month, but much more time has passed, and it still exists.
