Mork
41.70 (steam), single player sandbox. I don't use any mods. Save originated from 40.69 unstable and then was updated to 40.70 unstable. Hi, I got stale bacon rushers, cut them in pieces, obtained rotten bacon bits. Thanks. Tchernobill
this can be normal behavior: stale bacon becomes stale bacon bits and with the right timing stale becomes rotten at the same time. (also bacon bits age faster than most other foods). Edited May 8, 2022 by Tchernobill
Mork
I don't know if it's normal behaviour, but that makes no sense. It's not like the other bacon rashers (that were as old as the cut one) had became rotten a short time after this. It's not even like if there was a couple of seconds before the bits became rotten: they were generated rotten. I would understand if making bits from stale rashers would generate some rotten bits aside some stale bit, it would mean "You had to remove some bits that were really too old". No, the whole thing is just good for the composter as soon as you cut it. It's like if when calculating the staleness of the bits, it was "rashers' staleness plus [a day? two days?]". Yana M.D.
Must have been last days of 'Stale' that's why turned rotten shortly
m4v
regardless of the current implementation, as it stands the system is confusing and should be modified to something that causes less surprise.
